Great communication, professional work, always reliable.

The electrician was very professional and experienced. He was clear in what work was being conducted and the price was quoted upfront before the work began. The work to disconnect an old alarm system was efficient and wires were securely positioned for the electrical power point. A new light was also securely added. Overall the work was excellent.

We have used McIntosh Electrical several times over the past few years and we have been happy with their work. Recently, we asked them to upgrade our power board. After completing this work, we noticed that the air conditioner and home battery were not working. We rang and they sent someone out to look at the problem but were unable to fix them. We engaged our own service providers, at our own expense, to fix the problems. Both providers confirmed the errors were due to the power board upgrade. We informed McIntosh Electrical the cause of the errors and the expense we incurred. After an initial holding email, we have had no response to our follow up emails and no reimbursement for the additional expense we incurred. We are very disappointed.

Excellent professional service. We had an ongoing problem with pool equipment tripping the safety switch. Electricians sent from the pool company failed to identify the cause twice - even though they said it was fixed, it wasn’t. The young tradie from Macintosh identified the source of the problem and fixed it.
