Fantastic experience with mcr gas, had a leak on our boiler on Christmas Eve and Marley the engineer was with us within a couple of hours of contacting them he was very respectful of our house, explained what the problem was and ordered the parts, ensured we had heat and hot water over the Christmas period and returned yesterday (3.1.25) to fit the parts….again Marley explained everything throughout and would highly recommend using mcr gas! Marley is a credit to your company as you don’t normally get this kind of customer service anymore….one last thing the price was very reasonable!!!

Great service from start to finish. They listened to all my requirements and then gave me a very reasonable quotation on 3 different boiler options. There was no sales pitch or hard sell. Emma was very helpful in making arrangements for a convenient day for installation. Marley and Jamie arrived as expected. Text messages were sent with ETA and tracking options. They were both polite and professional. They informed me of how long the job would take and got straight to work. They completed the job on time and cleared everything away. A very neat job. They then took time with me to go through the operation of both the boiler and the thermostat. Unfortunately 4 weeks later I had a small problem with the thermostat and receiver not communicating with each other. Chris talked me through how to override them so we had heating and then came out the same day to fit a new receiver.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Seldom do you find companies now that pride themselves so much on customer service but I found one with this company. Everyone I either spoke to on the phone or had working at the house were just lovely, genuine people. 5 star service for sure.

Fantastic company from speaking to Emma to having it fitted by Stefan within a couple of days. This close to christmas and no boiler so we are so grateful tk m/c gas for their professionalism and speedy outcome .we would use them again in a shot and would highly recommend. Great job done cleanly and with care and great price .thankyou so much

I’d just moved into new house and the HIVE was very perplexing. Ryan explained how it’s unique to an individual and not the property but sorted it for use in meantime without the app.
He’ll be coming back to service the boiler and for my own HIVE.

Where do I start? Fantastic engagement from start to finish including calls on a Sunday, Really helpful is Emma, she sorted Everything out for me.
Really good prices I would recommend them to anyone.

First class service from MCR GAS! A late night call out and then a brand new boiler fitted in 24 hours. I cannot recommend them enough. The customer service and expertise was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Really disappointing. Had an appointment booked. Received a call to ask if I could change it. I explained I had booked the day off as I had booked a few appointments at the property on that day and was told its ok that you could still attend you would just move a few other things around. Checked that you were sure and was told you was. On the day of the appointment I waited in the property and no one turned up. I have used your company on a few occasions and always had a great experience and actually recommended you to friends and family. However for you just then not to show up is really disappointing. If you really couldn't attend that day you could have just informed me on the call when we spoke and I could have made other arrangements. To just be a no show is really not good

Ryan has been to our house on a number of occasions, all emergency calls. He resolved each problem quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for him. His work is always too a very high standard and I would highly recommend him.
