I originally joined MDL as a client in December 2023 after being unemployed for nearly a year.

After going through the process, I landed a role within about 6 months that was above my target compensation and two levels higher than my previous position.

That experience is what led me to later become a coach in March 2025 and ultimately CEO in December 2025.

MDL truly changed my life twice.

The first time was helping me learn how to position myself strategically, communicate more effectively with senior leadership and C level executives, and ultimately land what was then my dream job.

The second time was giving me the opportunity to step into what I believe is my forever role as CEO of MDL.
