The image of the product did not match…
The image of the product did not match the actual product. It was a plug timer that had a specific switch that was needed, where the product received had a generic slide switch as opposed to the rocker switch that was shown. The only reason this item was bought was the rocker type switch was needed, but alas, you can’t trust that what you buy will be what you receive, defeats the whole purpose of trying to order online.

Sonia from start to finish was excellent to deal with. I met her in store looking for help and a quotation for 3 bathrooms in our new build house. She offered me a lot of options and listened to what I wanted. She made multiple changes to my quote and in the end we finalised everything. She was excellent on communication and came back to me promptly. Would highly recommend.
