I was very skeptical when I initially
considered using this service, however all of the positive reviews gave me the green light, aka: convinced me that it was legit and highly effective. They were right. I feel it my duty to contribute to this consensus that will help people make a decision that can alleviate a lot of stress and ultimately have a positive impact on their lives. Oh and the customer service is excellent - fast and very conscientious! This is a major plus for those using it for the first time.

Reliable prescription sleuths. I take a med that is out of stock regularly. I call and drive around to different pharmacys, feeling frustrated. I've used medfinder a few times and they've reliably called over 100 pharmacies and found my meds every time ive used them. They also have a text message number and they are very very helpful and easy to communicate with. Im really glad I found them, medfinder is a fantastic resource.

First they told me they had found my medication (ofloxacin) at a pharmacy about six miles from me. I was surprised and pleased because I had checked with four pharmacies and Amazon Pharmacy and was told they couldn't get it. I went to the pharmacy that Medfiner directed me to, and they told me they couldn't get it either. That was frustrating and I left a negative review, because there's no way to contact Medfinder on their app or Web site.
Nevertheless, they reached out and assured me that they would search for three more days, and refund my money if they could not find the antibiotic.
The refund has posted to my account, but I'm leaving the review at four stars because there's no mechanism on the app or Web site to contact them.

Encountered the same fake search experience as others, only to acquiesce and hand over my information before being prompted with a paywall that is prohibitively expensive for a single search. When I clicked support, the link was completely broken, which leads me to believe they don't intend to fix it. Not happy I gave my phone number to them.

Everyone knows the shortages of ADHD medication and especially for forms of amphetamines. I couldn't get my subscription filled at my normal cvs and tried to call others and they said the same "they don't know when they will get in the medication." I finally bit the bullet and I paid for the one search for my medication of amphetamine salts 10 mg 90 pills. I ordered it last night and right away it called 7 cvs so quickly. With medfinderer, if they can't find it they will broaden the search. Medfinder looked through 37 pharmacies for me. It found one in the area I live in LA. I called the pharmacy if they had the prescription and they did. If the pharmacy medfinder finds doesn't have the prescription they have a help button to continue the search. I definitely recommend medfinder if u are in dire need of your medication and can spend $50.

I was using the website to try to find where a medication might be available. I was able to sign in with my email. However, the next step was addition of cell phone. Phone number was valid. Nothing happened when I clicked to add it. I tried this four times. Twice on my phone and twice on my pc.
I feel like I just gave them information for marketing purposes.

When you first go to Medfinders.com, you will notice a search bar where you can enter your prescription drug and dosage, giving the impression that it will show you a list of pharmacies in your area that have it in stock. However, once you try to run the search, it will prompt you to register to see your results. Fine, I went ahead and did that. Once you’re registered, your dashboard will show that you have a free credit that will give you one free search. However, this is not the case…
Once you try to run that free search, you’re first required to enter your phone number and agree to marketing sms communications (this is not optional). After you’ve given another piece of your privacy away, you can begin to enter the prescription you’re looking for, dosage and your location in order to get your results. Aw, again you’ve been tricked. Once you submit your search details, you are met with three subscription options that you must choose in order to actually get your results.

At this point, I was super irritated and went back to my account dashboard, where, lo and behold, my one credit was now zero. They took away my “free credit” despite not having run a single search.

I find this super manipulative and dirty and urge everyone to stay away from this scam business. I repeat, Medfinder is an absolute scam!

I had given up finding my ADHD med. The anxiety caused by having to call many pharmacies, listen to their recordings, struggle to get to a real person, then find out they didn't have the medication, was worse than having ADHD. Dealing with my mail order pharmacy was a nightmare. After a couple of months without the medication, I knew I needed the med, but could not face the monthly ordeal. I started searching for solutions online, and ran across Medfinder. After reading about it and checking other resources, I decided it looked legit, so rolled the dice. The cost for one search was high, so I opted for the 6 search package, which was very reasonable.

I filled out the info, and let her rip. After about 60 tries, branching out from my zip code, I received a message that the AI effort was being turned over to a group of humans. That impressed me. They didn't give up. Honestly, I didn't have much hope of success at that point, so decided to do another search in a zip code near my large city, which I thought might have potential. Amazingly, the new zip code did find my medication, and at the same time, the human group had also found it at another location. Earlier in the search, there were a couple of hits, showing the meds were found, but since I'm new to this, I decided to call the pharmacies just to be sure. Neither had any in stock. I don't see this as the fault of Medfinder. They were given bad info. In the end, it took about 80 tries, but Medfinder found my medication, and for that I am very grateful. No way could I have called 80 pharmacies. Medfinder has the ability to contact them electronically, which I don't. Medfinder, you are an answer to my prayers, so please keep up the good work. It is hard enough being a 75 year old woman with ADHD. Now I don't have to almost suffer a panic attack every month when it is time to refill. I am a very happy customer! I would give 10 stars if I could!

For a month I've called pharmacies all over ranging from the big chains like CVS and Walmart and sometimes it is very frustrating.
I did some research and came across medfinder and like alot of people, I was cautious. But my heart said give it a try especially seeing the reviews on Trustpilot.
I signed up, added the med I was looking for including Dr info and I also received very helpful and super informative texts from the company guiding me through the process and also very supportive.
For me this was a big relief and any questions I had they were quick to respond.
About a half hour they found a pharmacy that had me med in stock!
What an awesome dedicated and genuinely great team from Medfinder.

My adhd medication prescription was placed on back order and after calling around for a while, I came across med finder. Was hesitant about paying the fee but gave it a shot. The communication was top notch and after 20 minutes from my purchase, the software was able to rule out 50 pharmacy that did not have my medications and it found the one mom and pop shop that did. Sure enough, I called them up and walked in and gave them my psychical script for my medication and it was beyond painless. Highly recommend this service.

It can be frustratingly hard to find meds these days! Great to have Medfinder take care of it for me. Supportive and proactive through the process. A big help as this was my first time using it.

What they should have in bold print is that if it's a narcotic they need you to send the prescription order. Doctors does not give prescriptions in hand for narcotics they are sent electronically straight to your provided pharmacy. So they want you to call your doctor and have it sent to them. With the amount of time that takes, as doctors are busy throughout the day with patients. You'd be better off calling around yourself. By time the doctor responds, you've done found a pharmacy. So this was no help at all. Just a waste of time and patience.

When I first contracted for the service, I was already distressed about how hard it was to find a pharmacy that would fill this medicine as a new prescription. I work an intense job with much traveling. I did not have time to go to individual pharmacies within 50 miles to ask if they would fill prescription. Needless to say I was impatient. Medfinder staff let me know that AI calling and contacting pharmacy was unsuccessful in the first 24 hours and the staff would continue. It took until the very last minute of the 72 hours for med finder to speak to a pharmacist willing to fill my medicine. It was a small individual owned pharmacy on the other side of town. I would have never thought to reach out to. I am very happy with the find. Not only did they fill my prescription, I now have a small individual owned pharmacy with a pharmacist who knows me by name and face. I prefer to suppprt small businesses. Med pro staff was very pleasant and friendly in every interaction. I have been speaking highly of them to others. They have a service that works. I would have been beyond stressed trying to do what they did for me, on top of work and traveling for work. Thank you medfinders! Good work!

I can’t explain how much more helpful medfinder was than my own providers at finding a pharmacy.

I didn’t know what to make of medfinder at first and I wasn’t sure if it was a scam but it’s a legit service that really helped me out and I highly recommend it if you can’t find your meds.

It was the reviews on this site that led me to giving medfinder a try after another month of backstock on my meds.... the customer support team is kind and efficient, and I was able to successfully get my meds ordered. Unfortunately, I have rather bad insurance, and the place that was found doesn't take it, so I will need to pay out of pocket, but I'm just happy I was able to find my meds at all. Well worth it especially with a discount code!
