review is based entirely on my personal experience with Med harbour Medical Center in Bangkok Thailand and is shared in the public interest.
After paying a deposit for surgery, I became increasingly concerned about the stability and professionalism of the clinic due to multiple issues that arose prior to treatment. These concerns included reports of internal operational problems, staff departures, social media taken down and replaced by different content ! negative patient experiences being shared publicly, and communication that I found inconsistent and concerning.
As a result, I no longer felt confident proceeding with surgery in that environment and formally requested the return of my deposit. Despite this, obtaining a refund became extremely difficult and legal action has since been initiated in an attempt to recover the funds.
In addition, I received communications from the clinic owner Racchunard that I considered inappropriate, aggressive, and unprofessional. Copies of these communications have been retained.
Importantly, I am not the only individual reporting concerns of this nature. I am aware of a number of other patients who have experienced similar issues involving refunds, communication, and overall treatment by the clinic.
I would strongly encourage prospective patients to carry out extensive independent research, carefully review all documentation, and fully understand their legal and financial position before transferring any money or committing to treatment.
