The trial is completely free of charge as long as it’s canceled before the end of the 3-day period. You won’t be billed if you decide the service isn’t right for you and cancel in time.

You can cancel your subscription to avoid being charged again. Kindly refer to follow the instructions below to have it canceled.

1. “60 videos per year” vs. credit consumption
The annual Premium plan includes an allocation equivalent to generating up to 60 standard AI videos per year under normal usage conditions. However, the actual credit consumption can vary depending on factors such as:
* Video duration
* Resolution selected
* Model used
* Rendering mode (preview vs. final export)

If the preview indicates “2 credits” but the final render shows a much higher number (such as 544 credits), that typically means the final export settings (resolution, length, enhancement options, etc.) significantly increased the computational cost. That said, this difference should be clearer and more predictable — and we acknowledge that this experience feels misleading from your perspective.

2. Crash during rendering
A crash after high credit calculation is absolutely not acceptable. Even if a task is resource-intensive, the system should not fail during export. We would like to investigate whether this was caused by file size, resolution limits, browser environment, or a backend rendering issue.

From your description, it appears the Google authentication flow is completing on the Google side, but the session is not being properly returned to Media.io after the external window closes. This can happen due to:

* Browser cookie restrictions (especially third-party cookies blocked)
* Pop-up or redirect blocking
* Expired session tokens
* Cache or extension conflicts
* A temporary backend callback error

That said, regardless of the cause, you’re absolutely right — after successful authentication, you should be redirected and logged in immediately. Staying on the auth page with no state change is not acceptable behavior.

To help resolve this quickly, we recommend trying the following steps:
1. Clear browser cache and cookies for Media.io
2. Enable third-party cookies temporarily
3. Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers/privacy tools)

1. About failed generations and credit charges
If a video generation task fails, credits are not deducted by the system. Only successfully completed tasks consume credits. In some cases, credits may appear temporarily locked while a task is processing, then automatically returned if the job fails. If you believe credits were actually deducted twice, please contact us so we can audit your task logs and billing records and correct it if needed.

2. About the generated video quality is poor, we want to investigate it for you.

3. About long processing times
Long queues or generation failures can happen during peak demand periods, but tasks should not remain stuck for hours. When this happens, we can check it.

The free trial is only considered successfully activated when the promotion is correctly applied during checkout. When this happens, the order page will clearly show a $0 charge and display the next billing date after the 3-day trial period. If the trial is not successfully applied, the system will instead show a paid subscription plan before you complete the purchase.

La prueba gratuita de 3 días puede cancelarse en cualquier momento antes de que finalice, y no se realiza ningún cargo si la suscripción se cancela dentro de ese periodo.

Antes de que finalice la prueba, enviamos un correo electrónico de recordatorio informando que el plan se renovará automáticamente, para que el usuario pueda decidir si desea continuar o no.

En ningún caso es obligatorio continuar con un plan anual si el usuario cancela a tiempo.

Si en algún momento deseas cancelar la suscripción y evitar futuros cargos, puedes hacerlo fácilmente siguiendo estos pasos:
