So careless about parcels, customer service is also so slow. They lost my parcel and didn't even received refund yet. So slow service and they don't even reply 2-3 days. So disappointed never gonna order here again. I'm done

I recently purchased a Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope from Medisave. Unfortunately, Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the wrong address, and the proof-of-delivery photo clearly did not show my property or any recognised safe place.

I contacted Medisave, and their customer service team responded promptly, investigated the issue with Royal Mail, and kept me updated throughout the process. They were professional, helpful, and even offered a replacement or refund while the matter was being investigated.

Fortunately, the person who received the parcel by mistake kindly brought it to my address, so the issue was resolved. Throughout the whole process, Medisave’s support was excellent and gave me confidence that the situation would be handled fairly.
