I have placed an order, getting a tracking number is proving to be extremely difficult, phoning the company seems to be impossible, I have emailed them 5 times and received an automated response, a follow up on the last email, they don't take phone calls so keep bombarding them will emails, eventually received my delivery obviously late, will purchase from elsewhere in the future

Placed an order for next day delivery, and still haven't received anything 3 days later! Contacted them 3 times via there email/contact page as they have no telephone number to call. Nothing!! No reply , nothing. So they have taken £22 and that's that! What a brilliant company, JOKE! Do not buy from them!!

Broken sphygmomanometer, poor response on customer services had to chase multiple times for initial response. Still awaiting resolution. Staff left without equipment!

Ordered parts for my stethoscope. Really pleased with the service, hassle free, good product, and fast delivery. And the icing on the cake was the free gift of a really nice pen! Great touch, us nurses love our pens!

Brilliant! Placed order at 5am on Sunday, beautifully engraved stethoscope and bits and bobs delivered following day. Faultless and perfect graduation gift for newly qualified midwife. (From her very proud parents and sister😉)

Ordered 2 items, received one of the items and all emails/paperwork indicated that both items should have been delivered. Emailed Medscope (there is no other method of contact). No reply 3 days later although the missing item arrived the next day. Would I use again, no, if there's any problems they don't appear to have any customer service

In my last 2 orders, I ordered x3 packs of the 25 box of the Flowflex Covid test kits. The ordering process and delivery was great. However, when I received them, the first order was sent as 75 individual single test kits, rather than just the 3 boxes of 25 that I ordered and wanted. The second order was sent as test kits in 7 boxes of 10 in each and 5 individual kits. The problem with this was that the kits were delivered and being stored in my home and not at a workplace, and therefore I do not have the space to store this many test kits individually, which is the very reason why I ordered 3 boxes of the 25 pack as these are easy to store away. I was really quite angry as this was not what I ordered and nobody had consulted me beforehand, as a regular and returning customer, to check that it would be ok to send the kits in this way. I assume that Medscope have not been able to sell the individual kits and therefore have a surplus, which is why they then got sent to me as I had a bulk order.

I thought it would be more hassle to try and return the test kits, so instead I ended up having to spend about 5 hours unpacking all of the individual test kits that were sent to me individually and repacking them in another box so that I could have them all together in one box and not in piles of individual boxes. I also had a mountain of waste from all the packaging generated from all these individual test kits, but luckily I have managed to recycle most of the recyclable packaging.

Overall, I've been really disappointed with my last 2 orders and my experience with Medscope. I really hope this feedback is taken on board and I don't receive a mountain of individual test kits on my next order, should I place another. If I'd wanted 75 individual test kits, then I would have ordered those. If I'd wanted boxes of 10 kits, then I would have ordered those. Also, at the time of ordering, your website said that there were 100+ packs of 25 in stock, which makes it even more unacceptable to send out all the individual kits when they weren't ordered or even wanted.

Lastly, I also suffer from anxiety as a result of covid. I prefer the boxes of 25 as they can easily be stored away and hidden from sight, so that I don't have to be reminded constantly of it. Sending someone with anxiety a mountain of individual kits is not helpful when it's a constant reminder looking at all of those.

Order didn't arrive on time despite paying for fast delivery due to engraving machine issue. Needed to email the company to look into my order before they informed me that the order wasn't ready yet.

Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow but after pointless payment for fast delivery.

According to Track48, my parcel seems to be stuck in Greenford's Royal Mail depot and has been there for days. Now, instead of being in touch with me and finding solutions, sending me a new one with a faster and safer delivery, I am here waiting for a stethoscope that doesn't arrive. Medscope replied only once to tell me that them or my email provider -Gmail:) - might have settings issues, apart from that nothing, no answer whatsoever. I am not at the stage after 15 days where I am going to take action with my bank and raise a formal complaint to the Ombudsman too unless they react very fast. No company dealing with medical supplies should be able to trade without a phone number. They are apparently hosted at the same address and warehouse than Medicare, but it's two different companies, one that you can call, and one that you can't. I know jwhere to buy my medical supplies from next.

The product is authentic and offers good services. Good quality at the same time has a competitive price with other sites/brand. Allows to engrave names for free while others you need to pay extra. The purchasing of the product is quick and easy. Offers a time frame suitable to the customers.

Good choice of colours to order. Loved that you could get free engraving. Kept fully informed of despatch and delivery. Delivered on time. Very clear sounds. I'm very pleased with my new stethoscope

First time ordering from this company, excellent customer service, fast delivery and the inclusion of a pen and lanyard was a nice surprise. Will certainly use again.

I placed an order for a stethoscope for a Saturday delivery. I still haven’t received it. I wrote to them and they said they will look into it. I still haven’t received a reply. It’s been 6 days already.

Thanks for your reply. I have since contacted DPD who said they are unable to help me and advised to contact as my contract is with Medscope. When I contacted mediscope(no from their website to order) they said they are medisave and they can only be contacted via a email. I have since write to them 2-3 e mail requesting refund. I haven’t heard from them other than an acknowledgment email that they will get back to me.
I am really upset and regret placing my order with them.

Mediscope if you are reading this please refund me the money so I can buy the stethoscope else where. I wanted it urgently and you offer no help.

The colour of the stethoscope looks very different from the website. Medscope has refused a refund as the colour is subjective nature of how people interpret different colours, and also how a screen differs from another screen. So be aware of this before buying.

Very poor customer service offered by this company. I ordered a product and a payment was automatically taken from my credit card which I didn’t want to use. Contacted the company via a link from thier website within minutes to ask could I cancel and immediately reorder and told that my item had been dispatched (at 2200 within 10mins of me ordering WITH engraving..really!?). Really unhelpful and inflexible person dealing from company. I am now left having to pay in full rather than spread the cost over 3 months using Klarna. Really going to struggle financially this month..thanks Medscope!

I have ordered a fob watch which I got a different color and not even close to what I have ordered; however, when I mailed them they have a very prompt response for which I even got my refund.

So eventhough I had an issue with the delivery of wrong item, I am satisfied with the rest of the service.
