Excellent treatment, attentive, on time, caring and fast, thanks

A lifesaver. For someone who can't tolerate normal MRI scan this was a lifeline. The team at Medserena were exceptional and supported me throughout the process. I can't thank them enough.

Iv had several failed MRI Scans which is why I was referred to this clinic. I had a successful Scan, nice quiet environment and was talked through everything that was going to happen before hand and was reassured during the scan as to what would happen next.

I had an outstanding experience at Medserena Manchester, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! As someone who is tall, big, and struggles with severe claustrophobia, I was extremely anxious about needing a full set of scans - head, whole spine, and shoulder. But the open MRI scanner at Medserena is truly top-notch. I fit comfortably, and for the first time ever, I felt absolutely no fear.

I spent about 1.5 hours with the radiology team, and Stanley and Huma were exceptional. Their patience, reassurance, and constant check-ins made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the entire process. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better care.

The reception team is just as wonderful. Jane, who booked my appointment, is an absolute angel: warm, helpful, and the perfect welcoming face for the company.

If you’re putting off a scan because you’re scared or think you won’t fit, don’t wait. Medserena will look after you, support you, and make the experience as easy as possible. I recommend them to everyone!

A modern, clean and comfortable facility. Excellent staff who are professional and accommodating. I’m claustrophobic and cannot cope with a tunnel type MRI scanner, however the “open” MRI scanner at Medserena caused me no problems and was relatively quiet. I can highly recommend this facility.

Good experience all round. Staff were helpful, everything was explained and handled well.

I liked the place clean and well lit. Before coming to them I was emailing them from Kuwait and they were very prompt in their response. The MRI staff were very friendly and let my daughter enter the room with me.

What I did not like is that the report took more than the five working days they promised. The second dismay was that the report had to go to my consultant and did not come to me direct. I am the person paying and it is my health. It should come to me direct.

I was very anxious about the apt due to being claustrophobia but I was put at ease immediately. The whole experience went at my pace and reassurance given throughout the apt. Very friendly environment from arriving to leaving.
