I ordered a new Apple Watch strap and absolutely love it. It was delivered quickly, well packaged and I was kept well updated. I’ll definitely order again!

Having searched for a UK supplier of Nomad watch straps for the Apple Watch Ultra, I came across the MegaMac website. They have a great selection, automatically deduct VAT (which for a Channel-Islander is an essential nowadays) and fast delivery. I will be a repeat visitor for sure.

Great product and easy to buy would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Untrustworthy Company, this is now the second time I have ordered here, the first time I had a broken item on delivery, had to jump through hoops to be able to return this item, really was a pain to return an item.
I then thought I give this one more try as I heard such good things, bought a limited edition Nomad rocky point strap for my Apple Watch Ultra as I’ve been told it’s selling out any buy quickly at £79 each.
The item was received quickly and packaged well but opening this item I could see a rubber retention part missing again, was advised this must be a manufactured problem nothing to do with us. After three days of back and forth emails to which nobody at Megamac actually reads due to the fact I was asked questions that I already mentioned in a previous email, now I have to print off documents one inside the package and one on the outside and return for inspection. In the meantime I’ve contacted NOMAD directly in the USA and found the item is in stock always and at £55 with $8 fedex shipped from a trusted direct sale and delivered even before Megamac finished responding to my emails. Top tip bypass Megamac and go direct, cheaper faster and never a secondhand or broken item sent from NOMAD.
Please beware terms and conditions of Megamac are so geared up to help them and not to help the customer. Have now got to wait 15 days for a refund for a second faulty product from Megamac. Be cautious good luck

J’ai commandé au moi de mars, j’ai juste u un petit soucis de livraison tardive mais ce n’étais pas réellement de leur faute, j’ai u très vite un contact avec eux et une gentille dame Sandra m’a contacté à plusieurs reprises et a arrangé le problème le plus rapidement possible, je recommande à 100% service après vente très sérieux .

I ordered from MegaMac and the item was delivered on time and very well packaged (as always).

The item had a manufacturing fault and I reported it back to MegaMac. They responded very quickly, organised a replacement without fuss, and a simple return process.

Great service as always. This is why I am a long term customer!

Scam company. You return the product and they keep part of your money. The refund is incomplete with no proper explanation. This is misleading and feels intentionally deceptive. Avoid this seller.

I've ordered a case from these guys and had to cancel it for personal reasons. Sandra was an absolute treasure, helping with the cancellation process and refund. All happened instantly. Good job, Sndra, you are an excellent asset for the company.

I ordered from MegaMac a few years ago and only recently had an issue with the product I bought. I emailed to see if the issue could be resolved and despite the fault not being covered under warranty, Sandra was nice enough to send me a replacement part and help fix my issue! I highly recommend shopping with MegaMac, they’re a great company who offer quality goods and amazing customer service!

I ordered the product that I wanted, which was dispatched promptly arrive safely and was very well packaged.

Unfortunately, it was a faulty item, but the customer service I received was very good and extremely helpful.

The return and Replacement were processed swiftly, efficiently, and without any issue.

I definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Don’t expect them to make returning an item easy - why they ask you to send a photo of the item they sent you escapes me! Guess it allows them to delay a return by a few more days in the hope you give up! Dreadful!!

Had a product fail out of warranty. They were able to get the manufacturer to repair it for free. Took a while, but I have it back now, and it's working great. Very good customer service.

Brilliant! I purchased the new Nomad IPhone Air leather back that was on back order with Nomad, Sandra from customer services let me know straight away and then continually updated me on progress! Great service is hard to beat and Megamac have honestly been excellent. I’ll be buying again for sure.

I ordered from this store and even paid for express shipping for next day delivery but the parcel never arrived.
