Agent doesn't seem to know what he is doing...
Agent does not understand inquiry and answers are irrelevant.. Sending me to do things that won't help, wasting time and complicating the matter making it frustrating which lead me to just wanna leave the casino and play elsewhere. Very bad service. Just repeats whatever like a automated bot and doesn't work efficiently :/ had high hopes for this casino and now I just want to get out because customer support looks crappy.. what a shame
I sent screenshots of bonus I found online to know if was valid/working.. If so, wanted some help on how make sure was going to work before depositing because could not seem to find it myself (I clicked/signed up through offer link. Looked on promotions page, my account/rewards/bonuses etc) says min deposit for the specific bonus was $10 and when looking to deposit, only had minimum $25 bonuses with different t&c's..
Agent kept saying I had pending deposit etc and needed to deposit in order to activate a bonus etc WHICH WAS NOT MY INQUIRY..
I clearly explained myself, providing screenshots etc but he was directing me to do things irrelevant to my simple question, complicating the matter. Then telling me he is forwarding to relevant team and will e-mail me back for my "pending" deposit 😆 (I had not made one yet and never said so ..?) Wasting almost 30 minutes for nothing because he doesn't seem to know what he is doing and kept telling me to deposit.
NONSENSE and unprofessional.. made me leave the casino and decide to not deposit any money on here unfortunately..
I know all there is to know about online casinos, bonuses, t&c's etc and he was talking to me like I didn't understand sh** how these work lol. I felt like I would clearly be better at his job because he didn't understand a simple question making this frustrating enough for me to leave casino and look to deposit elsewhere AND COME MAKE THIS POOR REVIEW! do not recommend... 👎

I have invested big sum of money in megarush . whenever I send a mail to them they have predesigned reply saying they are waiting for an update which is quite disturbing to hear . I have much more to say about megarush which will be done in my future reviews . Please note friends my investments are not in lacs of rupees but more than that . Imagine if I have faced this what is the fate of normal customer .

Great Going
Until Now I am having great experience with MegaRush.
I would like to give big shout to support team (Jamie/Team) for there patience in answering the queries and assisting in the best possible way. I would suggest this for any other who are looking for great games with easy deposits and withdrawals. There verification process will test our patience but we should understand that they do that for our sake.
Overall I am having a great time , hope Mega rush also support and entertain us in same way as it is now.

This Casino is doing something with RTP.. its ridiculous how much u can spin and lose money in this site. I asked from customer support as a joke do they lower the rtp and the polite person customer service offered me free money to play.. (never happend anywhere before). Only 10x wager they gave me 20euros. Suddenly its basic grind again and felt normal.. After the wager everything completly empty. nooothing. DONT TRUST THEM
I was easily able to make deposits what so ever but coincidentally after I submitted a request for withdrawal that’s where the circus started. DONT TRUST THEM. I sent my document verifications identity, they got approved after days, my account was opened again, less than 5 hours later they block my account AGAIN, asking for MORE documents, I give it to them, they state it takes 72 hours maximum on their website but it has been way longer and they are still not letting me access my account, take my money, or approve the documents that won’t take longer than a second. They copy paste responses, are holding my money, and despite being so patient with them as this has been over 10 days, they are still very SLOW. I wonder if I’ll ever get my money I’ll make sure to leave updates for you guys and change my review if needed.
Edit: the documents were clear, and nothing was wrong with them, they were sent over 100 hours ago, and I haven’t heard back since, so please spare me the formality and all that non sense when in reality you have no excuse for the long wait times.
