estoy decepcionada de esta empresa a los 3 meses me llego el producto e incompleto lo compre x el jabon y ni esta tan bueno una decepcion total asi ni como recomendar mi mala experiencia ni un disculpe

They have a very dysfunctional membership program. Even when I placed an order, they would send a backup order. This happened several months in a row, so I canceled. I followed the instructions to cancel, but they still sent me a backup order and charged me when I wasn't expecting that money to be leaving my account as I had canceled two months ago. Now I have to wait for them to receive the email I sent in January AGAIN to prove it and wait for them to mail a check with my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT!!!

Produkty na prawdę wysokiej jakości, dzięki którym udało mi się odbudować odporność mojego syna po kuracji antybiotykowej i lekach.. ale od początku syn ciągle chorował, ciągłe wizyty u lekarzy, alergologów, pulmonologów i szpitale.. syn się męczył i ja również miałam tego dość... Szukałam sposobu jak mogę mu pomóc.. natknęłam się na produkty melaleuca przez przypadek, ale jestem niesamowicie wdzięczna! Od kiedy stosujemy olejki eteryczne lecznicze, syn bardzo rzadko choruje, jego odporność się zwiększyła tak bardzo, że nawet lekarz był w szoku. Nie zdajemy sobie nawet sprawy jak koncerny farmaceutyczne żerują na chorobie.. olejki to naturalne wyciągi z roślin, które są znane od wieków, ale po co o tym mówić skoro można truć społeczeństwo.. polecam z całego serca każdej mamie na pewno się nie zawiedzie, firma daje gwarancję do 90dni w czy w aptece masz gwarancję ?

I have been shopping here for over 15 years and would never shop anywhere else. Made and manufactured in the USA, American customer service, great products, no chemicals or safety caps needed. Prime beef with no antibiotics or hormones!

Canceling a membership is easier and quicker than getting one - you can simply write a note, sign, date and email it.
I guess some people will complain no matter what. It's sad because this a great USA company with awesome customer service

My waistline went from a 41 to a 28 these products are amazing. I no longer have to take 99% of the meds I was prescribed all because of this awesome company!!

Antes batallaba mucho para que mis niños se tomarán las vitaminas y el Omega 3 y ahora hasta me la piden 💞 recomiendo mucho está tienda en línea 👌

I have been with Melaleuca for 15 years. I love the products. I had a high-end cleaning business before I knew about Melaleuca, and I wish I had them, not only do they perform better, but are less expensive overall, and are non-toxic, which would have helped me as I developed allergies over the years. I have also received a check from them for years, just to share the website. I have also been an aerobics instructor and have done triathlons, and I can say their supplements are top-notch and highly effective. I love their essential oils, toothpaste, hand creams, makeup, snacks, and home fragrances and I get discounts at major retailers. Honestly, I don't understand why anyone would shop with Melaleuca, especially if they shop online. Plus I shop with a clear conscience knowing products are made here in the USA and are environmentally friendly. I live and believe in this company.

Anyone who tricks their friends and family in to this garbage should be ashamed. Not only are the products mostly garbage, but the claim that these are “healthy home” approved is ludicrous. Filled with chemicals and fragrances. Now the real nightmare begins when you want to cancel. It would be easier to train for the circus! The link on the site for the cancellation form is always broken. So if you wise and find a Reddit post with the pdf then you can proceed to fax (yes they still make those) or mail your signed form. Then wait the thirty days only to discover another automatic order if crap is charged to your card. Then hear crickets from every attempt to resolve from this customer service. I had to dispute with my credit card company and the BBB invoked because this company will say no cancellation form was ever received (even though I sent FedEx overnight and via email). This scammer business needs to be sued

If I can give negative score I will. I always delt for cancellation every month. I always told them I don’t need the back up order and cancel my subscription but still $110 comes out of my bank. I sent 2 box of back up order back to their office and keep on calling for my refund. They did refund me $80 for for $216 money that they get from my bank. DO NOT EVER TRUST MELALEUCA THEY SCAM TO EARN MONEY.

After I had canceled any future orders by email, phone call and written letter they still debited my credit card $166. They are hopeless to deal with, I have emailed them, no reply, tried to call the 1800 073 399 number, no answer after waiting 1.5hours, don’t buy from this company, there is no way of contacting them once you want out.

Been a long and loyal customer for the last 5 years and this November my payment declined and within minutes of that i made my payment for what i thought was my back up order but unfortunately Melaleuca had other plans with my money they decided to send me a 91$ voucher/coupon instead of my back up order. Come December my card declined again cause i wasn’t planning on doing an order i was planning on canceling my membership but again Melaleuca had other plans and sent me a backup order which was never paid for come January i sent said package back via puralator and they are still refusing to refund me my money. They received said package January 20/25 They keep telling me i owe them when in fact i dont even have their package never asked them to send one refused to pay for it. I just want my money back so i can move on and away from this scam of a company will never buy or support this company ever again they will screw you if they get the chance to. Like they are doing to me by not returning my money

We have been shopping at Melaleuca online store since 2002. 🤗
It has been a life changing experience because we have a better supplier for our everyday items. We don’t have to shop at big box stores for a cheaper products that contain toxic chemicals and not good for the health of my family.
Their customer service is 💯% and top notch.
You always talk to a PERSON and not an automated message; I really appreciate this about Melaleuca.
For any reason you don’t like a product or maybe the product was broken; you call customer service and they fix it right away for you.
I have referred friends and family because I truly want others to have a better product in their homes too.
I am a 😀Happy customer for over 20 years.

Horrible business to deal with, sent me my back up order that I didn’t want, lied to me and told me it had already left the warehouse, I called the next day and another lady said it Hadn’t left the warehouse, I told them I didn’t want it, they still tried to take payment from my credit card, my credit card locked up and said it was a fraud charge, after melaleuca tried taking my payment every day despite me telling them not to, fast forward after 10 times of them locking up my credit card and me calling my cc company EVERY time to unlock it, melaleuca sent me my back up order anyway, and took payment, I then decided I didn’t want my previous order from the month before because the products are not so clean after all, plus I had enough of dealing with a scammy company, so I sent that back then they tried to rip me off on my refund amount, over the course of 4 phone calls later they finally refunded me for the full amount, shipping included, I had requested it put back on my cc, but they put it as credit on my account, so called them again to change that, now they’ve tried doing all the above with the back up order I sent back, now I’m dealing with the last 3.85 cents they are trying to rip me off with. It’s pathetic!! Will never deal with them again

Someone introduced us to this Amazing company and its been awesome, their products are great and we will keep buying them because of its quality.

I was roped into joining by one of their members. I tried one month and thought everything was overpriced low quality items. The link on their site website to get instructions for cancelling does not work. They do not have a phone number for customer service. I found help on Reddit. Obtained an email with instructions to cancel. Request form. Print form. Find FAX MACHINE. Wait to see if anything happens. What a huge inconvenience. No electronic signature accepted. No emailing? Just a way to scam another month of money out of hard working people
