Tried this co. a few years ago. I was looking for more natural products. You have to order a minimum every month which is way more than I could use monthly as a single person. Canceled after only a few months due to not being able to keep up with ordering, got too expensive. If you could order only when you need it would be better. Even my meat subscription let's you skip a month as often as necessary without being penalized. Now I buy my stuff elsewhere as needed

I absolutely their values and morals!! Their products are exceptional and when I was ready to cancel it was an easy process!! I also was able to reactivate my membership without any penalty fees attached!

Canceling with this company is very difficult; a company which will not allow you to block or cancel payments with the credit card company directly. You have to work with Melaleuca directly. This company also keeps your credit card on file even if you try to delete it, it forces you to add another card. My problem with getting a refund for an order I didn't place 2 months after canceling the membership was resolved afterwards but it was so stressful!

Knowing that I am using American made, plant-based products in my home is enough for me to keep using this company. The products work great, smell great, and are not full of toxins.
My sales rep, Adrienne McDowell, is the best.

Recién este mes me llego el producto equivocado Peak Perfomance de hombres, en vez del de mujeres que mensualmente solicito, llego la caja sin factura.

I absolutely hate the fact that they send you an order automatically, even if u don’t wanna purchase . The way this economy is right now I have no money to waste. And if u try to cancel your subscription well let’s just say u have to jump thru hurdles.

I have quite a bit of experience buying online and I have to say. Melaleuca is impressive. From ordering to delivery, the prices and 90 day money back guarantee with free gifts and the accumulation of shopping dollars in my account...Wow...that makes another very happy customer. I'd say try it out for yourself and yeah like someone else said don't listen to the negative rubbish someone puts on the review. Make your own experience, you won't regret it.

I bought a year ago, I switched where I get my basic needs for the house. I had never heard of Melaleuca, and it first I thought it was a multilevel marketing company or a pyramid scheme. I was so VERY wrong. It’s just that they pay people for recommending them to others. I guess since they don’t pay for advertisements and rely on 100% word-of-mouth advertising, they’re able to give back to the people who shop with them. Outstanding idea! As far as the products, I have not used any cleaning products before that work as effectively as these do! I’ve read some negative reviews, and it seems to me that there’s been a small group of people who have either had an unfortunate customer service experience (every Customer Service experience I’ve had has been nothing but positive) OR they didn’t understand their membership to begin with. No one is supposed to get a back up order. The only way to get a back up order is if you don’t intentionally shop in an entire calendar month per the membership agreement. You can even edit the back up order so that if you think you might forget to shop, you can get exactly what you want in the event that you forget rather than a random selection made by the company. I just think it’s unfair to complain about back up orders when you agreed to get one if you didn’t shop when you signed the membership agreement. Overall, my experience with Melaleuca has literally changed my life! That sounds grandiose, but I’m not kidding, and I’m not padding the reviews. The medical industry today is using a sick care model. It is not healthcare. I would much rather stay healthy and not need to go to the doctor when I’m sick. Since taking Melaleuca products, I haven’t had a single sick visit. The peak performance nutrition packs are the products that I gave the most credit to. I started taking the total health because I needed bone and joint support due to my arthritis, and it’s only another $20 to get the whole shebang…, Brain, bone and joint, heart health. Not only did my arthritic pain decrease, but I actually had a bone spur that somehow is now gone!!!! Don’t believe negative reviews… Try it for yourself! There’s honestly no risk in giving it a try with their Satisfaction guarantee. All I can say is I love it and I tell everybody that I know so they can benefit too!

Do not do business with this company. They are very aggressive in sales, products are mediocre and expensive, even at the so called discounted price. They will send you product if you forget to order each month or just don’t need anything. They call it a backup list even if you don’t need anything. That list they will send over $100 in products and it’s up to you to return. Not even Walmart forces me to buy when I don’t need anything. But they do.

When my "mentor" approached me about joining, I really didn't have the money to spend and KNEW my friends would not have the money.. But I did receive my first order and I have to say, it did last quite awhile. I cancelled after my first order, because, like I said I just could not afford the price.

I used my cleaning and disinfectant and was VERY HAPPY! My son came over and when he walked in, he stated how CLEAN my home smelled and not with a "cover up" or scented clean just a CLEAN smell. And I agree. I was getting ready to see if I could order more but again, the cost is outrageous. and after reading these reviews, the "pyramid" scheme was EXACTLY what I thought when I signed up back in 2020? But my products have lasted THIS LONG SOME of them. A lot of them I kept the packaging in case I ever wanted to reorder and not order the bottles.

Jestem członkiem od ponad dwóch lat i regularnie korzystam z produktów tej firmy a to dlatego, że mam problem ze skórą. Wszystkie produkty gospodarstwa domowego, produkty do ciała, witaminy, olejki i szereg innych sprawdziłam i już tylko tych używam, bo są bezpieczne dla mnie i rodziny.
Poleciłabym z pełną świadomością o ich skutecznym i bezpiecznym działaniu.
I wbrew opinii wcale nie są droższe od chemi czy innych produktów dostępnych w naszych sklepach.

No I am not a competitor. I have been buying from them for 3 years. The past 6 months the service has been horrible, so I just cancelled today. 3x they changed my backup order and sent me products I did not order and they suck. Some of their products are great but w/ the bad service I might as well go somewhere local.

This company is great. At first I was skeptical, I did a lot of research on the product ingredients, etc. Everything we have gotten we legit love to the point we had cancelled it, but then reactivated our account almost immediately due to regret. It can get pricey, but you can accrue store points and basically get a bunch of stuff for free. Customer service is on it for sure. If they aren't able to help with something, because it's the weekend for example, they call you back on Monday like they say they will. Overall, we love this company! The products smell sooooo good, and just makes everything feel so clean.

Los jabones para cuerpo y manos tienen dióxido de titanio y Lauril sufato de sodio, lo que es malo para la piel y la salud, experimente resequedad y ardor en la piel. Pero te argumentan que debes usar sus cremas. Pero he probado otros jabones con ingredientes 100% naturales y se me quito el problema de la piel.

The customer service is phenomenal from the start, the product advocates (shoppers themselves) know the products well and direct you where to go to learn about the products as well. Nearly 40 years in business with top rated products that enabled my five children to no longer need to use a nebulizer to breathe and they even got rid of their inhalers, no more rashes either. Szkolenia na czym firma polega itd, osoby prezentujące się, mają tą samą gadkę co panie z Oriflame czy innego Avonu, że wcześniej smutne życie, a teraz są piękne i ,,bogate" i fajnie się żyje dzięki tej firmie bo pozwala na rozwój itd itd....
Produkty znane, ale jakoś w USA nawet na zagranicznych kontentach nigdy nie widziałam....
