NIPT test
Results came very late. I understand that the results can come in between 5-11 working days, my results came late on the 11th day and after the NHS NIPT results, for which the blood sample was taken 2 weeks after the one for Melio. Makes me wonder if it's really worth the high price tag.

No issues with Melio health
No issues with Melio health. Got informed every step of the procedure. Results were fast within 2 days from the day the blood was taken. Big problem with the procedure of the blood taken. Never had such horrible pain from blood testing before. I felt like the person that took the blood in superdrugs in Liverpool city center was tearing my veins from both hands in half. I jump screaming from the chair. I will never book blood test sample in that store. My hands were purple for a week.

I was greeted by a very friendly nurse Tracy Roughley, who explained what was going to happen and was very good at putting me at ease about the service id paid for. The test result came through very quickly. ive read them and will try and get an physical appoint with my own GP.

Indeterminate result
Indeterminate result, basically the chemist who did the test was incompetent, had to pay again for a further test which was conclusive so would like a refund

Hi Stewart, once again, we're sorry that it wasn't the result you were after. As we mentioned on the email we've sent, in this case there was trace of the COVID-19 virus on one of the two test areas analysed, and therefore it is not possible to state that COVID-19 was not detected. Conversely, as COVID-19 was not detected on both areas of the test, it is not feasible to give a "detected" or "positive" result either, hence the INDETERMINATE result. In these cases a patient needs to retest to determine a definitive result using a further swab taken from the person at a different time. I will be sending you another email with your Ct values we have received from the lab. Take care and all the best!
My husband and I paid £240 for 2 tests
My husband and I paid £240 for 2 tests, his came back indeterminate, pretty much because the chemist who did the tests said he hadn't done this for a long time!! Had to pay a further €110 to get it done properly in Malta before boarding a cruise

Very happy with this service, simply book a slot go along have blood sample taken. A very fast turnaround for results which gave clear explanation, future advice and recommendations.

Very rapid service
Very rapid service, however feedback was not back at 9am the following day, as promised by the provider, resulting in a certain amount of anxiety in case it never arrived back.
