I have recently used Mel’s Cleaning Services and am delighted with the result.
They turned up on time, exactly when they said they would and they have done an excellent job. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Having been knocked back by local cleaning companies, Mel’s Cleaning were refreshing in their approach to working with difficult customers. Nothing was a problem, they worked with us to make sure the client was happy with their proposal and upheld the client’s specific requests.
They did a really thorough job of the cleaning, and although expensive, were worth it for the results achieved and moreover, the satisfaction of the client.
I would definitely recommend Mel’s Cleaning, especially if there are any issues around hoarding. They were respectful, understanding and accomplished.

Very happy with the experience. The people that came to clean did a very thorough job. They also spent less time cleaning that I paid for and the company were happy to provide a refund.

Staff arrived on time and were friendly and professional despite having to work until late (9pm). We were notified by text just before they arrived and just before they left so we didn’t need to stay the whole time which was very helpful.

Quality of service was excellent, the house is spotless.

A very difficult and somewhat upsetting cleaning job for a very close relative with mental health issues was handled with great sensitivity, compassion and efficiency by everyone at Mel's Cleaning. And I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I live in the USA and was informed that a close family member was living in dire conditions due to hoarding over many years. I was able to arrange the cleaning ahead of my return to the UK to begin to arrange supporting the relative.
The team that cleared the home and then cleaned it were absolute heroes. I returned to the UK halfway through the process and was very impressed with their kindness and non-judgemental attitude as they worked tirelessly to remove literally skip loads of festering trash.
The whole process took a little longer than we originally expected and this was accommodated with ease to allow the same team to stay on the job until it was completed.
A very difficult job done well so I recommend these guys wholeheartedly.

Mels Cleaning have just completed a deep clean at my Brother In Laws house and they have done a fantastic job.

The ladies doing the work were amazing and very kind and sensitive with him.

Team was really helpful. We were cleaning out my dads' place after his partner passed and they were quick, thorough, and did an amazing job.

Professional and thorough cleaning of a very dirty house and making it ready for sale was what the did, and they did it extremely well.

I desperately needed help with a house that was neglected and full of trash due to mental health issues as I'd broken my foot and couldn't get around. Mel's Cleaning have been nothing but AMAZING. Katie in the office gave me a quote based on pictures without any judgement and made a difficult time much easier (other office staff were lovely too).
The 3 man team they sent worked so hard, they have given me my life back, I simply can not thank them enough. They worked with a relative as I wasn't able to be at property and double checked exactly what I wanted/needed from start to finish.
I would highly reccomend Mels to anyone needing a fresh start with their home.

Mels cleaning are a very professional company, they arrived early and were very patient with the fact that the person was not home when they arrived. The flat was cleaned to the highest standard and i would not hesitate in using them again.

A booking made at very short notice was a life-saver having been let down by another cleaning outfit.

Extremely efficient, professional and thorough deep clean by Missy, Dafina and Saniya. They have left the house which was in a very dirty and unhygienic state left by previous tenants looking as good as new and smelling fresh. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

The team at Mel's were super helpful and although we couldn't book the clean in the end, huge thanks to the whole team for trying to get this over the line. They were extremely responsive both on email and phone and nothing was too much trouble.
