I ordered me me earrings Sunday 24th March 5days later have still not received them will give a few more days then will claim back from my credit card company

Bought Chamilia snap bracelet as a gift and very happy. Arrive earlier than estimated and bracelet and box in fine condition. My only wonder is why the postage and packaging prices vary so much for the same item. Bought via ebay and the same bracelet in different sizes are either 2.95 postage for some or 7.00 for others! I paid 2.95 luckily as that was for the size I wanted but if it was 7.00 then no chance!

I ORDERED THE CHAMILIA GLITTER HANDBAG CHARM WOW I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS CHARM WOULD SUIT ANY AGE AND SO SPARKLY AND LOOKS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I PAID. I RECEIVED THE CHAMILIA LUCKY KEY AND WAS OVER THE MOON WITH THIS. I CARNT WAIT TO ORDER MORE CHARMS, SPOKE TO A GIRL ON THE TELEPHONE AND WAS SO HELPFUL.

The charms were gorgeous. They were a lot cheaper than on the high street. The communication between Myself and Mememeaccesories was excellent. The package arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Mememeaccessories and their website to my charm buying friends.

The Chamilla bead that I ordered was a very good price, and both communication and delivery time were excellent. This was a gift, and I was a little disappointed with the creased cardboard intended as gift packaging, and found it necessary to go out and buy a box to put it in.

I bought 3 charity charms in Dec 2012, they were beautiful sparkly stones. I had Purple, Lavender and Lilac. After 6 weeks of normal wearing, the stones had fallen out 2 of the beads but not the third. I emailed the company who stated that was fair wear and tear!!! and that i could have been wearing it in the shower, and that i could have been operating a keyboard whilst wearing it. WHAT!!! am i not supposed to wear it at all then, i told her i did not wear it in the shower! 6 weeks these 2 beads lasted, the 3rd bead is still perfect! and as an offer of goodwill they would send me a silver bead, which i declined as i have no silver beads on my bracelet. These charms were £45 each, they have now been reduced in price (maybe because the stones fall out!!) I have bought a lot of beads from MEMEME and recommended them to friends, but no longer, i shall vote with my feet and go elsewhere (in fact i already have, MarketCross can have me and mine's custom)

I purchased 4 charms for my Chamilia bracelet I received for my 30th Birthday. I bought the birthstones of myself, husband and little boy and also the family charm and I love them all!
