Outstanding customer service and beautiful jewelry
Although my order took a long time to arrive due to a mistake made by the shipping company (not Memora Jewelry), I truly cannot praise Memora’s customer service enough.
From the very beginning, their communication was exceptional. They stayed in constant contact with me, keeping me updated on the status of my parcel, actively tracking it, and trying to identify where the issue was. Even though the delay was completely out of their control, they took full responsibility for helping me through the situation.
What impressed me the most is that Memora decided to ship a replacement order before I even received official confirmation from the shipping company that my original parcel was lost. By the time I finally got that confirmation, the new parcel was already on its way.
Thomas, in particular, was absolutely amazing. He called me several times, sent detailed emails throughout the process, and personally initiated the shipment of the second parcel. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a stressful situation much easier.
On top of all that, I’m extremely happy with the quality of the jewelry. The charms are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I hoped for.
