I attended a Menopause Experts event and enjoyed it immensely. Being with like-minded women who were all united in one cause. It was engaging and educating. From mindfulness to nutrition and HRT.
So impressed was I, that I joined the team !

Brilliant educational content, up to date research on menopause. Community are friendly and helpful and is a good place to meet and share with like minded women. I also like the menopause experts as they not only include women in this important topic but they also include men into the menopause forum.

This training is for everyone and is clear and easy to understand and absorb. The best there is out there.

I am a nurse and peri menopausal. I checked out the training with menopause experts and am so delighted with the format. Easy to read, understand and very simple to navigate for the lay person and healthcare professional alike. No jargon. It’s easy to forget that hcp might not know their stuff when it comes to their own bodies and equally need support. I have found that menopause experts are truly inclusive no matter your learning and understanding ability. “Idiot proof” would be a good description because although we are not stupid, we or are least I, have the memory capacity of an inanimate object, therefore desperately need a guide I can refer back to time and time again! Thank you for providing such an easily accessible tool x

I found this group not long after I had my hysterectomy thanks to ovarian cancer. I signed up for their free newsletters and this was when I received an alert to their magazine.

What a gem! All those pesky menopausal symptoms explained clearly and great tips and tricks for coping or even reversing them. But it’s not just a magazine about the next stage in our lives there are interviews with leading health experts, inspirational women and even charities.

The adverts are also aimed appropriately for us, because don’t you just hate it when a magazines advertising content doesn’t match the tone and readership and you get adverts fir things we are likely to never need.

What’s great about reading this magazine online is that if something I treats me there is generally a hyperlink so I can explore further.

But the best thing for me about this magazine is that it’s about being able to not feel alone during this stage in my life.

I highly recommend this to all my family and friends - including males because it’s probably a good idea that they get to know as much about the menopause as us ladies have too!

Dee and the team at Menopause Experts do amazing work in supporting women and in educating all (men and women) about Menopause. As very much their target audience, even I have learnt so much about what is going on in my body (and my brain!). Lovely, warm people providing an important service.

Dee and Menopause Experts are helping to lift the veil of mystery that shrouds Menopause. Helping identify areas that can affect us all when a hormone imbalance occurs. With the support of Menopause Experts we can address the symptoms as they present and at every stage.

Menopause Experts are friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of menopause. Above all they are 'human' and wear the 'T-Shirt', so to speak, without the 'chip' or 'bag of chips' on their shoulders. They are so understanding and never patronising and their website menopauseexperts.com is my go to place for advise/tips on anything and everything menopause etc. I wish I'd found them before my menopause kicked it.

So please don't struggle/suffer alone, especially as a woman, wife, partner, employer and a friend, check them out. I should have really said 'everyone' should check them out/look them up, as menopause is not gender specific, it's hormonal; inevitable and above all can affect everyone.

Excellent balanced informative training content professionally prepared by a great team of ladies behind the scenes doing a fantastic job of supporting women.

We recently contacted Menopause Experts (Dee) to help us get some important knowledge and education to our employees on The Menopause. Our industry is predominantly males, so we pitched a recent webinar and the free training provided by Menopause Experts as ‘MEN-o-pause Awareness’ and were delighted to see that lots of male employees joined in the session. Following the Webinar, we have shared links to the free training and also encouraged our employees to subscribe to the excellent magazine. Personally, I found the information, hints and tips provided by Dee and Menopause Experts to be very informative – despite constantly researching about the menopause wherever I could, taking advice from friends and family on how to deal with the numerous symptoms, Dee’s advice was fantastic, relatable and most helpful.
