8/20/26 Six spams in 5 1/2 hours. Not quite the land speed record (Husker Du). Still seem to not care a bit about this or ending this. I would like to note as well there seem to be many purveyors of clothing who are not spamming me now and that I have had the same amount of experience than I have with Mens Wearhouse. That is maybe been to once strong maybe and if once decades ago. Big difference these businesses are not bothering me. I would also recommend Nordstrom Rack. They got a five star for not being Mens Wearhouse and they replied once. No other spam.
8/19/26 Five spams in seven hours. Not as good as zero. Again they can figure out how to not spam on weekends but cannot get me off the list. Once more, other mens clothing stores I have had none or very limited contact with as well:

I've purchased pants and shirts quite often. I've never been charged an alteration fee for hemming pants, whether they were in stock or ordered online. Today I was told the policy had changed and there is a $20.00 charge per pair reguardless of how they were purchased. So, I had $40.00 dollars added to the price for 2 pair of pants. They never have may correct length so I won't be using them anymore.

They won't give you a discount for being a veteran or AAA member or senior citizen. But they ask when you pay if you would like to donate to the veterans assn. REALLY so they can get the recognition.

Oustanding experience at this Men's Warehouse 708 E. Boughton location in Bolingbrook, IL.
Great service. Employees were very helpful; tailor did a great job altering my suit for a perfect fit and manager Mike Carrozza was terrific.

Throughout my entire life I have never had a worse experience with any retail store. I am getting married this weekend and am not going to have my expensive custom suit in time, despite ordering it 2 months in advance, because of several mistakes made by multiple employees of this location. I was mis-sized, orders were not placed despite reassuring me that they were, timelines were missed which I was told over and over again were "guaranteed", and the store neglected to follow up on the orders when they were delayed past the expected date.

This is not an isolated incident. We have 9 people in our wedding party wearing suits. Every single one of them, across 5 Men's Wearhouse locations, 3 different states, and 10+ employees, has had issue after issue, including but not limited to:
- 3+ hour wait times despite the store not being busy due to assisting customers which came in later ("coincidentally" only affecting people of color in our party)
- Employees outright lying about available stock
- Wrong items being entered into the system after spending time carefully picking them out one-on-one with the employee who entered them in
- Insisting that the wedding party group doesn't exist in their system at all, then magically finding it after hours of pushback
- Selling items in the wrong color, omitting them, or even selling a difference item entirely, despite specific item codes being in the wedding party group
- Employees actually CHANGING the items in the group after half of the party bought theirs, for no reason and without telling anyone

To reiterate, THIS WAS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. This was numerous employees at several locations, and across everyone in the wedding party visiting multiple times, there was some kind of major issue nearly every single time someone went in. There is no possible way that every one of those employees was incompetent or careless; there's no-one to complain to because there's no individual at fault here. This is a systemic issue, and I'm inclined to say that Men's Wearhouse as a whole is straight up unreliable at best, especially for time-sensitive events like weddings.

As of right now, I don't have a suit for my wedding which is in 5 days from today. I wish I could say something like "I'll consider changing my review if they can make this right" to hopefully grease the wheels a bit, but truthfully I don't think I actually would. The reality is that regardless of what happens now, Men's Wearhouse has permanently lost 10 people as customers, and that's what we're telling others almost every time the wedding comes up in a conversation.

Went to rent a suit for an event at South Dale Mall, costumer service was excellent, very easy and swift process. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs a rental.

If I could give Men's Warehouse Kennesaw a negative 500 reviews I would. Their salesman "Doc", a New Yawk used car salesman with a tape measure and his co conspiring tailor repeatedly lied to me, after I explained that I needed a suit for my mom's memorial service. They overcharged me for alterations that weren't done, and played the old bait and switch game, with the suit and prices. I literally ran away from them, and bought the same Joseph Abboud suit at K & G, across the street, for $150 less with same day tailoring and excellent service. If you value your time, sanity and money, you'll avoid MW Kennesaw and "Doc"!

Worst and most unprofessional retail experience ever for my son's first prom tuxedo rental! The place was run by young kids who lacked retail, sales, and customer service experience. The manager at the time our appt. who received us 20 min. after our scheduled time, spoke negatively about customers. The person helping us failed to guide us in the available selection choices. Upon pickup and final try on, the area was overrun by waiting customers and understaffed. Most of the son's rental pieces were mis-sized: too big or too small. The manager told us we had limited options to reselect from, and we waited close to 45 min. for his pants to be hemmed the length that they were supposed to be from his fitting. I wound up sewing his vest and shirt to fit the way it should have so he looked his best. What an ABSOLUTE disgrace of a business and experience. I had all to keep my mouth closed after seeing customers coming in for their rentals and get frustrated as well or turned away. My biggest regret was not giving my business to a proper tuxedo rental shop, as I should have. Contrary to The Men's Wearhouse tagline: "You're going to like the way you look, I guarantee it", I was VERY disappointed and did NOT LIKE the way he looked.

Bought a tux and shoes. They shorten the cuff end off the sleeve instead of at the shoulders and removed the split cuff changing the look and fit. They couldn't get the length of pants correct either. This was after one month of alterations. Never have I experienced such poor tailoring yet I have bought 4 suits from them. Fortunately the event is still a month away so I can get refitted elsewhere.

We had a death in the family and I needed pants and shirt and tie fast for my husband. All of the sizes were different from jeans and I had no idea how to buy men's clothing. Ciara helped me. She picked out the shirt and tie and pants in the correct sizing from the general jean size and shirt size that I gave her. The owner of the store confirmed that the things she gave me would be a perfect fit. My husband didn't try them on. We left for our trip and hoped for the best. It was exactly as they said; the length was perfect, the waist was perfect, and the shirt didn't flop wings when it came untucked a little. He was the best dressed man at the funeral. I will be doing all my shopping there and I will ask for Ciara to personally help me. The best experience I have ever had. Thank you guys so much for all your help. oh btw, this was the store in Grand Junction, CO.

This place draws more income from rentals rather than sales. If you want to purchase a suit, jacket, pants, or other items, be prepared to be brushed off while they attend to the rentals. Go somewhere else to buy a suit. To put it bluntly, this company sucks.

We had the nicest salesperson BUT the guy with the obnoxious hair was SO rude to everyone in the store. He insulted us and at least two other parties. If it weren’t for our over worked salesperson I would have left!

I have several pair of a specific Men's Wearhouse pant and found that one color I wanted was on sale. It reported that a pair in my size was available. I ordered it, and the sale was confirmed. After a week, I had not received confirmation that it had shipped. Upon follow up, I found that the order had been canceled because the size was not available. This was disappointing as I wanted this color, it was on sale, and the sale was confirmed. I sent a note expresssing my dissatisfaction expecting no reply. To my pleasant surprise, I received an email of apology and an offer to buy another pair at the sale price. I did so, and I received the pants promptly. So happy with the pants and so impressed by the prompt and professional customer service. GREAT!

Jaylyn was awesome, answered all questions or found the answers to any questions he didn’t know and was super patient with our son.

Just had Men's Wearhouse outfit our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the ease, professionalism, as well as the price. We had wedding party members in multiple states and it helped so much having MW locations close to everyone.

I had a great experience with Hannah today while shopping for a suit for my son. She was super friendly, easy to work with, and made everything simple. She answered all our questions and found me an amazing deal. I really appreciate her great service. I definitely recommend Men’s Warehouse when purchasing your next suit.

Horrible product
$600 suit you where it only one time and through it after ..horrible customer service.. do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY SUIT EVER EVER EVER

I was VERY dissapointed that the 30% off belts and dress shirts appears to be an online only promotion? I spent 137.78 for a single shirt and a belt? Don't get me wrong, I love them both, but I will never step foot back into a Men's Wearhouse with this false advertising. The person checking me out looked at me like I was confused, so I checked again when I got home, but I was correct - there is nothing that says online only.

I spent over a 1000 dollars there in the past 12 months, but if I do not receive a response to this complaint I will never step foot in there again.
