I have had dealings with Rhys at Meraki Talent twice now. The first time unfortunately, I did go with another agency for a position which I regretted so I had no hesitation in contacting Rhys again for when I wanted to move on. He always seems to have great positions available and very knowledgable about these and companies he deals with. He is very friendly, down to earth and able to guide you through the whole process putting you at ease and available for any questions you may have. My experience with Meraki Talent Agency has been extremely disappointing. I found the advisors and senior staff dismissive and unprofessional often speaking over me when I tried to raise genuine concerns. I felt misled during the process, and when I attempted to explain how this had impacted my mental health, the manager’s response was dismissive and even included inappropriate laughter. This level of disregard for clients’ wellbeing is unacceptable. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

Absolutely terrible experience with Meraki Talent, multiple times. I've tried engaging with at least three different consultants at this firm, and none have ever bothered replying promptly—or at all. Particularly disappointing was my recent experience with a consultant who recently joined the company. I applied for positions even before they were officially posted, clearly matching the job requirements or even being overqualified. The consultant initially responded saying we'd schedule a call, but then completely ghosted me. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one bothered to respond. When I tried calling them directly several times, she would repeatedly hang up. Finally, after about a week, I managed to reach them — only to be informed casually that the roles had already been filled and they'd simply "forgotten" to get back to me.

How can Meraki Talent consider themselves a leading recruitment firm when they employ consultants with such an unprofessional approach? I have extensive experience dealing with recruitment firms, and I can confidently say this has been the worst experience by far.

Meraki Talent is the only reason I could land my first proper job in the UK in the same week of graduation. I would like to thank Lauren Kerr for expertly explaining the role, walking me through the interview process and being a point of contact throughout the onboarding process. I have reached out to Lauren even during weekends and during the christmas holidays, and here replies and help were always prompt and providing assurance. I thank Lauren and Meraki Talent from the bottom of my heart for all the help, guidance and assistance they have provided me to help secure my role.
