Working with MG was a pleasure from start to finish. They replaced the trim on the porch and carport with PVC and handled every step with expertise. Minor urgent plumbing job needed. Susan in the Swaffham office did her best to help and I appreciate there is a degree of luck in getting someone that day to help, but MG managed it, so full marks and happy with the job done.

I would recommend MG building Maintenance based on my recent experience fitting a new tap and radiator into my bathroom. Both were fitted perfectly. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The engineer arrived on time I’m very happy with the work they did for me.

This was the first time I used this company and the service was excellent.
The man was on time, he looked at my leaking tap and decided it would need replacing. He then went and purchased a replacement, fitted it. Very pleasant young man. If we need something fixing we will certainly use them again.

Good communication between Sue in Swaffham Office and me (the customer) throughout. The Electrician who changed the control panel on our central heating system, was very efficient and professional. He knew we had no heating during that freezing cold spell and came to fix it as soon as he could.

We have just had a new water cylinder fitted by MG. After years of minor issues with multiple plumbers & engineers looking at the issue, it has finally and hopefully identified and fixed. They are not the cheapest but we have never had any issues or concerns with the quality and we were not let down on this occasion. They were on time, good at keeping us updated, extremely tidy with their work and clean up and just went that extra mile which makes so much of a difference.

Fantastic service from everyone at Swaffham branch of MG building. From Sue in the office and Kriston the plumber, nothing was too much trouble and work was completed to a high standard with all rubbish cleared away.

The company has done two jobs for me recently on a property. Firstly they installed a water main to the property and then later carried out minor repairs to the roof which the first job had revealed.
On both occasions the workmen arrived promptly and were pleasant and accomodating. They completed the work with a mimimum of fuss and the cleared up after themselves very well. The properrty is currently unoccupied an dI had to leave the first d=set of workmen to work on their own needing access to the building. They had keys fr the two days, secured the building properly, and left it immaculate at the end of the work. Whilst MG are not the cheapest, they do an excellent job at the time they say they will come - both qualitiesd that I believe are well worth paying for. Also on both jobs the bill was what I had been quoted without any attempt to inflatew costs. Overall I would thoroughly recommend MG Building Maintnence
