Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. This company will damage your property and not take any responsibility. Carlos Hurtado hit my vehicle with one of their vehicles and accepted blame at the scene. After the fact their risk specialist Paul Manke refused to call me to discuss the incident. The only form of communication I received from Paul was a letter saying they will not accept responsibility. After multiple calls and emails after receiving the refusal letter Paul finally called to tell me my side of the story does not matter and he will be reporting it as a “he said, she said”. This company will damage your property and do whatever they can to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. This company cannot be trusted to look out for clients over themselves. Risk Specialist Paul and driver Carlos are both not trustworthy so beware if you ever get assigned them. Carlos has a Class A so they are lying to avoid punishment regarding that class A.
