Midas Communications proivide our phone systems and have provided excellent service and support with a recent office move and transition to Teams calling. The support and customer service has been excellent and the solution will have a huge benefit to the business and our staff.

We have been using Midas for several years now. After being locked into 4com (hideous company) Midas helped us navigate our way out and set me up with multiple handsets and faultless customer service. I can’t recommend highly enough, we have also just switched our broadband service as Fibre wasn’t available when we moved into our unit. Darren and his team are always on hand ( not that I need him much ) but he pops in from time to time to check in and occasionally brings donuts.

The best switch over we could have hoped for. We were communicated with throughout the whole process. It was a seamless transition. We had a face to face initial appointment with Darren to explain our needs. Everything we asked for was noted down. On the day of installing the phones, we had the pleasure of being assigned Kurt. He answered all of our questions and installed the wiring whilst we were still running a clinic, he worked around us in such a tidy and considerate manner. So pleased we picked this company.

Great company for your telecom and internet needs. Darren is a great guy and a man of his word.

Avoid worst job I've ever had. Do not waste your time this company needs to shut down. Very high turnover of staff.

Shocking company, very helpful whilst you want to buy their services, customer service absolutely disgusting. Left us holding unwanted equipment and no refund ever provided. Contacted 20 times via email with read and delivery receipts to both Darren and Keith (directors) with no response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS
