Great company to deal with. Second time I’ve used them. Very patient with me looking at a lot of vehicles. Finally found the vehicle I’ve been looking for. The whole process was very quick and I was in my new car within 24 hours would highly recommend Midland credit great customer service. Joseph my car finance advisor was amazing.

I enjoyed the experience of sorting a car out for me. From start to finish it was really helpful and getting the car I needed was fantastic. The staff were so helpful indeed. Great job done.

Honestly amazing from start to finish! I have been holding off doing a review until I had my car, even after a confirmation call and emails I still didnt believe i was getting my new car how easy and quick the whole process was ( I am like a magnet for things to go wrong when buying a car so I always brace myself)
My advisor Bradley was great! He was happy to answer any of my questions, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and made this whole process completely stress free. Just within a few hours he had everything he needed sorted, i signed papers an funds were released by the finance company. Honestly phenomenal work! Ive been happily bobbing around in my new Volvo for nearly 6 weeks :-)

Absolutely fantastic service, special thanks to Ben H who was so helpful from start to finish and made the whole process so effortless and easy! Nothing was too much trouble and he kept in touch regularly to update me on things, I would highly recommended Midland Credit! Ben was friendly, professional and helped me feel supported and guided the whole way, I have never bought a car via finance before, but he made it so so easy and was a brilliant help. The funds went through quickly and I had my new car confirmed by the end of the same day, then picked it up again the next morning! 10/10! Thank you Ben, brilliant service. I was in need of buying a new car, which I thought would be tough, considering I need it on finance and am on a DMP.
However I contacted Midland Credit and spoke to Natalie Robinson. She quickly found a provisional finance plan and allowed me to liaise with the dealer (at my request).
Following the test drive a decided I wanted to buy the car and fed back to Natalie.
She then sorted all of the admin/paperwork out with the dealer and everything was finalised and payment made within 24 hours.
What is important, is that there was no change(increase) in payment amounts between the provisional deal and the final deal, as there may have been with other brokers. (Zuto)
Natalie was perfect to deal with. She responded to any queries quickly in a polite, professional and honest manner. And she wasn't at all pushy, unlike other brokers who are after commission, (You can stop calling me now Zuto, I have a car).
I would definitely recommend Midland Finance Ltd, and in particular Natalie.
She will be the first person I approach the next time I need a new car.
