The owner is incredibly abusive and after stealing content from people in tik tok without their permission, he got asked to take it down. After he got asked he got very upset and made hate videos bullying a particular girl calling her names and just became nasty because she asked him to take down her video he had stolen off her TikTok with out her permission and put on his social media without asking. He then proceeded to bully her in the comments calling her names and is just very unprofessional. A grown man bulling a young woman on social media is not what u expect from someone who owns a company when all he should have done is ask to use her content in the first place. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I ordered the Large Dog Bundle and had a great experience. The bundle came with 12oz of jerky, two large bones, and a 12” hickory bully stick. Everything was top quality.

Communication was excellent. I got regular order updates and they were running some great promotions, which was a nice bonus.

Most importantly, my dog loved everything in the box. Definitely will be ordering again.

These days it is really hard to find a company that actually has good customer service. Any time I have had to contact them you are met with an actual human. Even the owner Erik called me back when I had a question to explain it to me, I really wasn't expecting that. He was very helpful and nice. But Tiffany really goes the extra mile, any time I have interacted with her she goes above and beyond. You can tell she really takes pride in her job and cares about the customers. Tiffany is the best, give that girl a raise.

Fantastic Treats for My Furry Family

I’ve tried several dog treats over the last few months, but Sammy and Mika Smoked Bones are a great treat. Our dogs absolutely LOVE them, and I feel great giving them something natural and satisfying.

High-Quality ingredients, It’s clear these bones are crafted with care, using real meat and wholesome seasoning.

Great flavor, even for picky eaters, My Poodles wag their tails with excitement as soon as I bring out the bones. The smoked bones hold up well during chew time, keeping them busy and happy. A little goes a long way, and the dogs remain content for longer chew sessions. I will be a repeat customer.

So, I ordered 5 medium smoked beef marrow bones for $55 from Mika and Sammy's. 8 days later they arrived. I opened the box and was immediately greeted by an overwhelming odor. They range in size from 3" - 3.75" in length and do not look like the bone in the ad. The bone in the ad is flared at both ends, but the ones that arrived are flared at one end, meaning they are cut in half. My dogs are not impressed. Only one dog seemed mildly interested in the two bones that I laid out for two dogs, and he spent about a half an hour licking the coloring off the bone. He only returned to the bone one time. I called "customer service" three times in 2 days to request a refund and had to leave a voicemail each time as no one was answering the phone during their "business hours". No one returned my phone calls. I finally got through to them on day three, and was in the middle of getting a refund from the woman that answered when suddenly a guy took over the phone call. He did not introduce himself, so I asked him who he was. He claimed to be the owner, although he never gave his name, and told me that I was being rude and he would not issue me a refund. He sounded like a kid trying to be tough over the phone. Needless to say, the phone call went downhill from there, and I will not be getting a refund. Do not do business with his company, as nothing is as it seems. (After writing this review, I read other reviews that back up my claims. Buyer beware!)

The bones chipped and one cracked right down the middle. I have purchased smoked bones from a local butcher that are better quality and lasted longer and cheaper to buy.

My dogs are very aggressive chewers. Nothing is made to last. But the smoked marrow bones are amazing. Even after they eat all the goodness in the bone and around it they still gnaw on it for weeks. I Ali tried the yaks. And they chewed for hours and didn't get anywhere. It was wonderful especially that I have a 10 month old that wants to chew everything. I actually had to hide it cause they wouldn't go potty or eat. And customer service is outstanding. Thank you Sammy and mika

My dogs love them. They are endless chewers with A LOT of energy (still at 6 years old!) and we have tried everything. But Mika and Sammy's bones work. We give them bones for about 30 minutes a day and they last several days. It tires them out and they are so content. Yes, they smell- they are smoked bones! Customer service is great, too. No issues. I've ordered a few times now and will continue.

I ordered 3 medium bones for my 2 dogs. I was very disappointed in the size for the money. My dogs didn't care for them & took a bit before they would try them. They smelled really bad. They did eat the marrow out & one dog got diarrhea. They had no interest in chewing them. I requested a refund because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They would only refund for the 1 unused bone. I expected more from a family owned operation. I ordered without checking reviews first. Shame on me.
