I love Miller Harris perfumes. I recently bought Rose Silences body lotion, and, at first, I wasn't sure it was for me, but now I've come to love it - a true, real rose scent.
Shipping was super fast!

I was very happy to be able to order perfume samples directly from the store. I thought the prices were excellent. The items were shipped and arrived quickly.

Had an issue with DPD claiming they had delivered my parcel when they hadn't and Amelie at Miller Harris couldn't have been more helpful. She was polite, professional, empathetic and a credit to Miller Harris. She arranged a replacement order to be sent to me by another courier and kept me informed all the way along. I couldn't ask for more. And I love Miller Harris perfumes - especially Tea Tonique!

Do not order from miller Harris! I am entangled in a month long nightmare with them to try to get my refund after their warehouse and shipping department messed up in a major way. I trusted them in the past, but I read on the internet that their business is not doing so well, and I think that their US market is the first one to suffer the consequences. They do not have a phone number in the US so you can never reach a person, and have a conversation, you have to send messages that are answered a couple of days later, and are always one sided. It is a nightmare of miscommunication and waste of time. I will never order from them again!

I’ve had a great experience with Miller Harris. The fragrances are beautiful, unique, and long-lasting. The quality feels very luxurious and every scent I’ve tried has been elegant and well crafted. Delivery and service were also smooth. I would definitely recommend and will be trying more from the collection

I have dealt with Miller Harris several times and always had a positive experience from dealing with queries to quick dispatch and prompt delivery. For those who like unique fragrances this would be a great brand to try out if you want to smell good and not like everyone else.

I have used Millar Harris for a couple of years now, and I have found their customer service very helpful, the reason why I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that I received an email stating I had points to use however when I tried using them it didn't work.
I emailed MH customer service team explaining this, I have to say this was rectified ASAP the problem wasn't sorely MH I had claim my points early on a previous order however I never made the purchase.

I think if that's the case the points should automatically go back onto your account.

I have to praise Aimee from MH customer service team, Aimee had this sorted with in minutes and had updated me the same.

The scent I use is Hydra figue and I have to say I love it ,i get compliments when wearing it. It Beautiful summer scent and love wearing it not only at home but makes a perfect holiday scent.

While in Covent Garden, I popped into the store and ended up staying way longer than expected. A female staff member helped me find a fragrance I wouldn’t have picked myself but now love it. A wonder experience and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend visiting

I have had great experience shopping with Miller Harris, the website is simple and easy to navigate and the order was seamless. I found the delivery very reasonable and also very quick. Customer service is also really good if you have an enquiry which I have used in the past. Fast, easy and very satisfied

UPDATE 12/05: Miller Harris has replied publicly but continues to ignore my direct emails and my formal PayPal dispute. They still claim a number on the box is a batch code, despite it relating to a Floral and Fresh travel trio 3 x 10ml, via an online search. They are still refusing to provide a pre-paid return label for this faulty, scentless product, in breach of the Consumer Rights Act. Do not be fooled by the polite public response; they are still refusing a resolution.

I am a long-term user of Miller Harris fragrances (Poirier d'Un Soir, Tea Tonique, Rose Silence), but this latest bottle of Poirier d’un Soir is a disgrace. Despite paying £112 (on a "discount" from the staggering £140 RRP), the liquid has no scent profile at all. It is effectively scentless water and a total departure from the two previous bottles I have owned. The bottle also lacks the mandatory laser-etched batch code for traceability and has a Chinese label on the bottle, which was not on my previous fragrances. When I reported these faults, Miller Harris’s customer service was dismissive, eventually ignoring my emails for over 9 days. They even refused to provide a pre-paid return for this faulty product, breaching the Consumer Rights Act. It is clear this brand has moved toward mass global distribution at the expense of quality. I will never buy from them again. Avoid this brand and stick to houses that still value their customers and their formulas.

I ordered some perfume for my wife.

I thought the order had succeedd but received a message asking me to checkout. I checked out only to find it was a duplicate order.

No parcel arrived. After a few days we realised that the photo DPD supplied was of our neighbour's doorstep.

As the two pacels were correctly addressed our neighbour assumed that DPD would have posted cards through our letter box. Of course, no cards were deliverd.

Miller Harris initially contacetd me a week ago to rectify the probled, but I have heard nothing since.

I will have to contact my credit card company for redress.
