What a knowledgeable Manager and helpful staff at the Ipswich Store
What a knowledgeable Manager at the Ipswich Store. We were able to discuss our requirements for new walking shoes & boots and were very confident that we had purchased the right products for our needs. The staff were also very helpful with my other enquiries. Would not shop anywhere else for outdoor products and it's the only store these days that I feel has a good stock to choose from. Great experience.

A successful shopping experience

Went to the ipswich store this week, tobyy a pair of walking shoes. Was served by Jason. Very informative going through the different options available and what was best for me. Left with a new pair of North ridge shoes. Very happy with purchase. Will definitely be going back.

Real service
Visited the Ipswich town centre branch today (yes, town centres are still worth visiting!) to buy some walking shoes for my holiday. Richard was very attentive to my needs and did everything possible to present my best options while giving me the space to make my selection. Most impressed with the service - and the shoes.
