Allie was very helpful, I popped in the shop in the morning for shoes but didn’t have my size, I came back in the afternoon and she remembered me and said they had a delivery and now had my size.

Made a Click & collect order online to collect from my local store. Convenient, though it came as a split order so had to make a second walk into town. Worth it for excellent pricing. Polite & helpful store staff. Eurohike small 25L day rucksack ideal for our hols to pack flat in our hand luggage.
The 6-9 CAT work socks ideal fit for my size 9. Though it said black they were more charcoal grey but not bothered and can’t complain at 4 pairs pack for £5.

Shop assistants were friendly, helpful and professional particularly Jack (Leighton Buzzard store) who found what I was looking for and made sure the product was cleaned and had no faults.

I generally call into this branch of Milletts when we are in Leighton Buzzard visiting our son.
We had a browse this morning on our way into town, and called back on the way back to the car. Sharon and Allie remembered me from the morning and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I much prefer the experience of physical shopping, and being able to handle the goods.Having pleasant people to interact with just makes the transaction so much better.

Jack was very insightful on the products I asked about, he showed me how to wear the rucksack properly pointing out all the straps pockets and waterproof cover it came with also had a variety of hiking boots/ shoes and Jack knew exactly what boot and shoe was capable of aswel as explain the products in detail.
Jack was at the upmost professionalism with knowing the needs I had to meet.
Overall Jack was a really nice guy and easy to converse with, with what I needed.
Well done Jack I will definitely be visiting Leighton buzzard store again in the near future

Friendly and very helpful staff who know what they’re talking about but don’t hard sell. Jack knows more about rucksacks than you’d ever imagined you’d need to know (and you DO need to know if you’re planning a walking holiday).
