Millets - Uckfield Reviews 

I left a review for Ben at Uckfield Millets yesterday and I’m now leaving one for Isaac.
So I had order two different size Merrell walking shoes and had them sent to Uckfield store to try on
Ben wasn’t on that day but Isaac was. Again super helpful and very knowledgable like Ben. He laced both pairs up for high instep and I tried them on and walked around the store. The larger pair were a better fit so I asked to buy them. But having already paired for both online I needed a refund. Isaac was brilliant with this I’d forgot my cards but he was able to navigate the system so I did get my refund instead of having to come back again. Both Ben. And Isaac are a asset to the brand, I sincerely hope they don’t shut this store!
Thanks Ben and Isaac I took the shoes out the following morning for a good walk and got home to feel like I’d not walk at all.
I’ve now ordered another pair same colour and had them sent to the store as well.

Went to get hiking shoes for my eldest son. Isaac was the assistant we talked to and he quickly got the right size and gave good advice for the fitting. Very professional yet easy to talk to. I always have a look in Millets even if I'm not after something in particular because it's a nice store to just browse with friendly staff.

Nice staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I use this store a lot and they’ve always been so.

Josh served me and helped me pick out some new walking boots. Went through the range had some pros and cons. Went and found a couple of sizes to try. Didn’t try to sell me the most expensive, just went through what would suit my needs and expertly upsold me a couple of sets of socks!! 👍🏼 shopped here many times and always helpful even if I’ve had some minor issues.

My daughter was looking for some hiking shoes. Could have ordered online but had some questions and wanted them asap. Called the shop and spoke to Isaac who was very helpful and went to check sizes were in stock as it was a good 30 min drive to Uckfield. He confirmed they were so we made the trip and were very glad we did. Isaac was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and personable. He helped us with everything we needed and seemed genuinely interested chatting with us about in the walking and hiking we do. I will definately be making my way to Millets in Uckfield again next time I need anything new knowing that’s the level of service provided.

We were served by Jonny who was extremely professional and knowledgable, he was able to answer my questions with ease. We found exactly what we came in for and the pricing is good for the quality. Good visit.

Went in to purchase my husband a pair of walking trainers. We were served by Josh and who was very helpful, chatty and did not mind getting several pairs of different sized shoes out for my husband to try.

The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when arranging a replacement to a damaged gilet, even though I could only show my credit card charge rather than their original receipt.

I rang to check stock and Andy was very helpful. Then when I visited the store he was excellent fetching me numerous trainers to try on and giving advice to try and ensure I got a good fit.

Went in today to find another pair of walking boots for my son as he had out grown his old pair and Andy helped us so much with his extensive knowledge and helpful tips. We all left happy with the right pair for him. Couldn’t recommend the Uckfield branch and Andy enough x

I went in with my 5 year old daughter to look at some walking boots but wasn’t fully ready to commit as I had had my last ones for over 15 years, Simon was AMAZING!! He was so patient with me, found me something I was looking for with no hard sell and happily chatted to my daughter so I could concentrate. Simon showed me how to correctly tie the boots for better comfort. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the shape of my feet and assessed what level of support I needed and I walked out with a brand new pair of boots which are sooooo comfortable. Could not recommend Simon and Millets enough. 5 🌟!!
