Huge thanks to Josh at the Uckfield store for helping us choose new shoes for my sons. He was knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and really knew his stuff when it came to finding the right fit and style. Top-tier customer service - thank you, Josh!

Went in today to find another pair of walking boots for my son as he had out grown his old pair and Andy helped us so much with his extensive knowledge and helpful tips. We all left happy with the right pair for him. Couldn’t recommend the Uckfield branch and Andy enough x

I went in with my 5 year old daughter to look at some walking boots but wasn’t fully ready to commit as I had had my last ones for over 15 years, Simon was AMAZING!! He was so patient with me, found me something I was looking for with no hard sell and happily chatted to my daughter so I could concentrate. Simon showed me how to correctly tie the boots for better comfort. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the shape of my feet and assessed what level of support I needed and I walked out with a brand new pair of boots which are sooooo comfortable. Could not recommend Simon and Millets enough. 5 🌟!!

There was good communication after ordering online and when it was ready to be collected from my local Millets. The staff in store were friendly and helpful.

Visited Millets Uckfield to buy new summer walking shoes. I had had a brilliant experience there 10 years ago buying my boots. This time Isaac was very patient and knowledgeable about the different makes, finding me the widest toe box. I wear orthotics so my size is awkward. I’d always shop here when needed.

Excellent advice and support from Andy when I went to try on walking boots. I didn’t feel rushed. Andy explained about the boot I bought and showed me a great way of lacing that keeps the laces away from the tongue of the boot.

If you’re kitting out a teenager for Duke of Edinburgh you really can’t beat Millets in Uckfield. Super knowledgeable staff - Ben was brilliant in giving us guidance on what was the best (and not necessarily the most expensive) for what we needed.

Andy was super helpful helping us find some walking boots for my daughter for her scout hike. He was chatty and friendly towards my daughter and immediately put her at ease as she finds making decisions overwhelming. Overall a very positive experience for us.
