I really don't like to be spammed and this is why I am here. After posting an advert on a website I received a SMS from them, where they guarantee me the rent. At least this is what they are telling. I really don't trust this company - they simply soam people, don;t respect GDPR,

The company is treating its clients very poorly and unprofessionally.

Support is weak; there are people who are not answering calls or they are not responding to emails. Also, they don't have proper knowledge about utility fees or how to calculate them. The most outrageous thing is that they charge foreigners double the deposit, and Polish people just one month.

Totul ok pana pleci din apartement. Am inchiriat 2 ani si la final cand am plecat, chiar daca am facut curatenie eu, mama, si prietena mea luna si bec, tot ne-au incarcat factura dupa ce au trimis echipa de curatenie fiindca 'era mizerie'. Si nu costa 2-300 de lei cum ti-ai imagina — costa 6 sau 7.

Pe langa asta, proprietara a declarat canapeaua 'inutilizabila' deoarece avea niste zgarieturi pe colt de la pisica. Unde am mai fost fara agent proprietarul a zis ca nu e problema si chiar le-a cusut el (desi ne oferisem noi); aici a decis sa cumpere una noua si sa ne urce factura + taxa de aruncare pentru cea veche.

Pe partea tehnica, daca nu e ceva serios (tevi sparte, prize defecte) nu vine nimeni sa te ajute. Iar eu personal cand am luat apartamentul in primire a venit cu dulapurile pline de catrafuse, miros de urina in paturi, pe balcon si pe canapea; si nici nu era 'curatenie' desi ar fi trimis echipa de curatat inainte.

Facturile ti le incarci singur si le platesti singur in aplicatie— nici macar aici nu e mare ajutor.

Per total, nu voi mai folosi Milluu niciodata. Singurul avantaj este ca aplicatia este intuitiva si iti gasesti repede un loc (plus nu dai din prima avans de 'agent'), dar in rest nu am nimic bun de spus despre ei.

Experiența mea cu Milluu,este una plăcută .Încă de la începutul colaborării am fost încântată de modul în care ei tratează clienții,totul este transparent.Unul dintre avantaje este că toate plățile; chirie,facturi le poți face direct din aplicație .Recomand Milluu!

Firma este total neserioasa. Dupa semnarea contractului, dupa plata primei chirii sunt informa tde costuri adiacente ( de acord, scrie in contract, dar cand am intrebat de costuri nu am fost inoformat de catre vanzator ). Mai departe, cu cateva zile inainte de incheierea contractului, fac cerere conform regulamentului pe email de supot ca apoi sa fiu informat ca in contract este stipulat ca am nevoie de 30 de zile in avans pt ca cererea sa fie valida altfel se reinoiste automat si daca vreau sa ies din contrat, platesc in avans 1 an. Fara sa fiu informat la inceput sau in a 11 luna de acest fapt. Aveti grija ce semnati este defapt morala fiindca nimeni nu va ofera datele complete in avans.

I had an intention to rent my Bucharest located apartment. Contacted Milluu few times by phone, no one replied. They called me back later and it appeared to be a constructive discussion. After a while, I had several more questions about the process itself, and, I asked a copy of the contract we were supposed to sign and a copy of the template of the letter of attorney. Since that moment no one replied on any channels. It's worrying to think they are probably only a few guys there and they remembered my number so they could neglect my calls. Tried to talk to them on facebook messenger or via their facebook page and guess what, they blocked me there also without any explanation. I repeat, we haven't signed yet anything and I was their potential customer. I can't imagine the situation when I rent my apartment with their help, something happens with my property and they completely ignore you and since you are probably outside the country, it becomes even more disturbing.
I would never recommend you to leave your property to Milluu Romania - better keep it empty or find some professionals.
