Awful services, the server would lag beyond a reasonable amount as soon as more than 4 players would connect when it was supposed to support much more than that.

Terrible experience, no answer to Gmail or the support tickets, servers are lagging and terrible Modpack support.

Yes it may work,but the ping is so high its unplayable. support tickets does not work at all, and the price may be tempting. but no its bad.

We had the server for about a month. Then right after we renewed the server it started saying it was "unreachable" within the website server panel. We couldn't connect, couldn't see the FTP, and had no options to change in the panel at all. We put in a ticket that hasn't been responded to in 2 weeks. We are not going to renew it again, and luckily we were able to find the FTP information in our chat messages. We took the server root out of the FTP and are going to be moving to a different service. Absolutely ridiculous that this would happen, and I am going to be pursuing a refund.

Servers are laggy and dont response to tickets, ive been waiting for a refund and they havent answered me.

I have been with MC hosting pro for a year and a bit now, and since the start of this year, the service has become absolutely terrible. I even paid for premium support so i can get a faster response. I submitted my ticket on the 12th of may 2019, and I still haven't heard back till this day. I will definitely be going to another server hoster as I have been mucked around way too much. What a waste of time.

I have purchased multiple servers with this hosting website and I have not had an issue until now. There customer service is horrendous, i payed for dedicated support and Its been almost 2 months and I have not heard a response on my ticket. I tried contacting them via twitter, facebook and email and have not heard a response on either. I will be taking my money else where once my server expires.

In 2016/2017 they used to be the best. I’ve been using them for a long time but their current servers are terrible. Lag, choppy connectivity issues and I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my ticket to be answered.

Support is incredibly slow been waiting for days with no response, website is slow, and the server itself is even slow. At this point you can go with any other service provider and have a better experience.

Some configuration is locked behind getting in contact with customer support, which will take weeks to get resolved at this rate.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a server plan from them and the server connection was terrible. I got lag no matter what. I tried to contact them in order to get a refund. But due to terrible customer service, I was unable to get a refund before the 7 day return policy.

I put in a ticket after my server, the top tier one, starting getting lag. I even tested it with ONLY forge and Biomes O Plenty and there was still plenty of lag. It took them a full week to get back to me and all they did was to post a couple of links, basically saying the lag was my fault. I wrote back telling them that I had found a full dedicated server, was getting zero lag with the same setup, and that it was unacceptable for them to take a week to respond to my concerns. They closed my ticket in less than an hour after my response. Would I recommend them? NO.

I definitely do NOT recommend this host. My players are always saying their lagging way to much when there should be more than enough RAM, Mobile App sucks, support is the worst I've ever seen I contacted support regarding the lag and haven't heard anything back as I write this it's been 5 days in counting with no response and I purchased priority support as well... just goes to show you how much of a priority I really am. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY there's plenty of other hosts out there cheaper, not a scam and way better than Minecraft Hosting Pro. I WILL be switching hosts at the end of the month.

Bought the Largest Server Space for one month. Just sits there on "Installing Please Wait" for about 48hours now. No response to my ticket which i sent after the 1st hour. I would not recommend getting this service. I would understand if they were having a problem. Not even one response to my ticket, not even "We are looking into it". Honestly feels like just a scamming website. Save your money for a more trustworthy Hosting site.

Worst Host ever!!

Have been down almost 2 weeks now. They do not respons to anything.

Even the error is there problem! The panel is stuck, start button and console does not work.

Tried contacted them few times. They even closed my ticket after a few days without an anweser.

Please save up soms extra cash and get another BETTER host. With normal support.

And offcourse I will not see any penny back from the server even the problem accured after the second day of renewal of the month. So there goes a whole month payed for...

I am currently using their 1 month plan, and at the moment Im 100% sure I am going to renew that month so I can have it stay up longer. The control panel is easy to navigate around, the pricing is cheap and the servers are reliable. With prices this cheap, you'd think there is some sort of catch, right? Well so far with my experiences with this company and their servers, I have found no issue with them. The one downsound I found is that there are only two server hosting locations, USA and Europe (Canada and France) But ususally having around 100Ping on a server isnt to much of an issue to most. My ticket has been there for 8 hours and hasn't been dealt with. I bought the premium support thing....... That is time winding down on my server and my bill. Will refund if not dealt with, I will give them one day and will update
