Fantastic. Over the years I have had mixed results with shipping and contact from other companies shipping to Asia. This company is the place to go! Fast response, very transparent and friendly. The best I have found. No doubt. ## As the for negative reviews, guys if you don't get the results you wanted it is a DNA issue, NOT the company you bought it from.

Excellent customer service. I placed an order for 3 monthw supply and was sent female Minoxidil in error. I received a quick apology and was sent a 6 month supply.

Great company, great prices, quick delivery.

I think they had issues during the pandemic, but they're back on track now.

I was worried... I bought my 18 month supply and checked trustpilot afterwards. Kinda glad I did because I got worried once seeing the reviews. It looks like it was likely a COVID problem with deliveries cuz I bought mine a couple weeks ago, it was shipped the following day with a tracking # and I just received it. What I would say is use paypal if ur worried, they'll refund u if anything goes wrong but I havent found better prices for Canada (costco 5%) and it came exactly as I expected

March 2022. Ordered some Kirkland Sleep Aid (Recommended BTW) pills from this company for the UK. This is a US based company so postage was 10-14 days to the UK. The order was sent back by the courier (wrong post code I think). Jason Irmler (Sales Manager) answered my emails immediately and sent the order again with extra for the inconvenience. These arrived 10-14 days later. Most of the poor reviews for this company seem to be some time ago so I offer this review to reflect a more up to date situation. Recommended.

Waste of Money !!!.
Used all brands of Minoxidil for receding hair over a period of 3 years. RESULTS: ZERO !

The prices have doubled, I used to get 6 months supply for around £35, now it's around £75.

LOL I have been ordering from this site for 13 years and I have never had any problem. Yes, of course, when airplanes don't fly because of COVID, you cannot get your order. (Geniuses!) Under normal circumstances, it takes approximately 2 weeks for a shipment to arrive in Europe. But my last order (spring 2020) arrived after 3 months.
P.S.: Since their website doesn't allow any orders (anywhere), I tried to find out more about the current situation and it seems that it has a surprising, unpleasant denouement: The owner of the shop was arrested in May 2020 and it seems that sending packages from a US jail isn't very easy. This explains all the problems with responses (which was surprising because otherwise, he replied reliably). So, there is no other option but to find some other supplier.

I would give no stars if possible, my order took 12 weeks to arrive and during that time I couldnt contact them, they didnt answer any emails, nothing, so I was very surprised when it finally arrived. I used it as directed religiously for 3 months and saw no new hair growth any where what so ever, which considering I have a couple of patches I grow facial hair easily I expected some new hair growth, if it was going to work I would have shown maybe the beginings of new hair growth but nothing. I think it is fake, although I cant prove it. BEWARE.

Scam , don’t buy. Shipment never arrived and no communication back from them .

They took my money and never sent the product. Then never replied to my emails.

They send your first shipment out to gain trust, then when you place a bigger order, say bye bye to your money.

Terrible - avoid. I placed an order 8 weeks ago, still not arrived. There is no tracking and this company ignore my emails, there is no way to contact them except by emails, which they ignore.

They have taken by money, not supplied the goods, and then ignored me

Products never arrived, multiple emails sent, messages via social media and phone numbers don’t work!

I was lucky and recovered my money via PayPal!

I used minoxidil world which is UK based was £4 cheaper than what I ordered and turned up two days later

I have ordered an item on 11 June still the my order has not been received, I have sent many emails bu no response at all. This is the worst company I have used.

I ordered in early June. I waited a full month before contacting them because of the 4-5 week shipping time due to covid, but I was worried because my order was still marked as “processing” as if it hadn’t even been shipped yet. They never answered my message. I got a full refund through PayPal today, but still no information as to whether my order will ever be fulfilled. The worst part in all this, other than the total lack of communication, is that I’m still getting near daily promotional emails guaranteeing express delivery.
Not sure what’s going on with the company, but it feels a lot like they’ve fully stopped business and didn’t tie up a single loose end.

Ordered on the 8th of June, was told that 4-5 a week delay was to be expected. After waiting for 5 weeks, I emailed to enquire about my order, I have yet to hear a response from them. I’ve ordered with them before and their delivery time was very quick so I’m assuming they’ve been hit hard by COVID-19. Is there a minoxidil shortage?

Unfortunately, I didn’t order through PayPal, so I don’t know how I will get a refund.

Should be given a Zero rating and taken to court. My feedback is the same as the others. When placing the order, it mentioned that delivery is 4 - 7 days (which I knew was unrealistic) but after 6 weeks, there is no update. Have send 3 mails to their customer service but nobody has bothered to respond. Since I ordered via Paypal, have raised a complaint with them, hoping that I will get a refund back

I feel they are Scammers. I tried to process a order. I get a message stating Invalid Payment. I use Pay Pal on line only. Tried to contact them through their contact method numerous times . NO RESPONSE!! They are located in the U.K. with Plant in Florida, NO answer on the phone either just a message mail box is full. I went some where else. More expensive but free shipping.

Made an order on the 12th of June, and have had 0 updates on what is happening with it. On their website it is still noted as "Processing".
They mention 5-6 week "Lead" times on orders, but to have it stuck at "Processing" for 4 weeks?
I emailed them twice about it, with no response, and then another time to cancel my order. Still no response.
Of course, they are still able to take your money, and send out Marketing emails. Even one to rub it in and say that my supply should have run out by now...

Simply put. Do not order from these guys. You will get screwed over.

I placed an order on 9th of June and nothing arrived yet! I have sent 3 emails asking for details and no answer at all but they keep sending marketing emails! Stay away from them and do not order!
