Great service. Fantastic bike and all made in the UK. They advised me to go for the green wasn’t sure but it does look amazing so glad I did

Delivered my battery handles order to Bham UK within a week

Bike great little piece of kit, however the lock that holds the electric battery in place fell to pieces on 2nd time of taking out to charge so battery then would fall out on the floor when folded, we returned the bike for a full refund as feel this is a dangerous manufacturing fault

got my bike very quickly, it was already setup and ready to ride straight out of the box

Great, efficient service and product arrived quickly

The customer service MiRiDER have always given me has been fabulous. I was with MiRiDER right from the beginning and any questions I had (and still have) are answered in super quick time. The one thing that worried me slightly was knowing when many companies grow, very often their customer service stops being as good as it was in the beginning, but not MiRiDER, their customer service is just as good now as it was years ago. I would recommend MiRiDER all day long, with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever...............

Product is good but false marketing doesn’t state that the 2 year warranty is parts only and doesn’t include labour. Should be honest up front rather than stating this after the purchase when you have to register for warranty !
The MiRider response doesn’t answer why their marketing doesn’t make this clear.

I love my bike, it's more fun than you should be allowed😉.
Their after care service has been great with my warranty claim for a broken front light dealt with quickly and with no fuss.

Very goos support and the build quality is very good. went via the Salary Sacrifice and Cycle to Work Scheme. There was no issues once everything was confirmed. From when payment was accepted it took about 7 days to get my Bike. Really like that each bike is built by one person on order. The there person who built it names on the bike.

Just bought my second MiRider bike. The first one was a mirider 1 (16) fantastuc bike very reliable, no problems whatsoever. The second one is the new GB3 20. Had a great interaction with and service from Allen, very helpful friendly and professional. The new bike is amazing and I'm sure it'll be even better than my previous model. Thanks again chaps upwards and onwards with my new bike cheers. Superb company and products, great to be able to support a northern/local business 👍

Used the bike for about 40 miles now it’s good for short journeys pulls well on hills . I replaced the Saddle stem bolt for a more secure one very , smooth at 25 km when the assist stopped battery very small last less Then 12 miles one pedal broke but I had a spare . After all that I like the bike
