This company is also known as Surya Heating, its the same company.
Purchase 2 IR Bar Heaters, one quickly developed a manufacturing issue, to be fair they replaced this and assured me the other one would be fine. I now have the same issue with the other one which is a couple of months out of their 2 year warranty. Says 100,000 hours of use... Georgia was really unhelpful and wasn't interested, waste of time. Avoid this company and their products, they are cheap and nasty Chinese junk, and have serious H&S issues. Apparently it's cooling down too quickly, not sure how you can stop it from cooling down too quickly??? Lets see how small claims court goes...

Bought an IR wall panel heater from these with a built-in WiFi thermostat. Absolute rubbish. Thermostat faulty and would randomly turn on through the night and would not go off unless done manually. This wasn’t great as it was in my 3 year olds room. Customer service shocking and had to argue to send it back for “testing” where of course they found no fault. Sent me a plug in thermostat as a workaround but that was faulty too. Terrible product and even worse company. Avoid!!!

The products I have bought is the IR heating panels. I bought the 1st batch installed them and had no problems. The 2nd batch I bought had a couple of faulty panels. I accept these things can happen. It's when you experience problems you get to test the after sales service. Fantastic service. No quibble shipped out replacements and collected the faulty items. Would not hesitate to recommend the products and service. :-)

I own 1 mirror panel heater and 1 standard white panel heater. They are both less than a year old. I bought them to try and save electricity but both these heaters randomly switch themselves on if left connected to a power supply even though they are switched off on the remote control. One of them doesn’t even turn itself off when the room is up to temperature. I have recently been away for a week and everything else was switched off but I’ve come home to find my electric consumption the same as if id been here as the heaters switched themselves on!!
The cost of shipping back isn’t worth sending them back!

I have had to send 4 of these heaters back fior being faulty, all under warranty, the cusrtomer service is diabolical they ask you to pay for the postage for the return ! which is nearly as kmuch as the heater cost ! They refuse to let you speak with a manager...avoid at all costs

I received unsolicited marketing emails from Mirrorstone Heating.

I emailed Mirrorstone Heating to ask where they obtained my details from, Mirrorstone Heating failed to respond.

I continued to receive more marketing emails from Mirrorstone Heating.

I sent a formal complaint to Mirrorstone Heating on 7th January 2025 and have not received a response.

Dissapointed.

Purchased an infrared heater through this lot via Amazon.

Firstly, their advertised measurements are inaccurate.

Secondly - and the main complaint - is that they do not supply the item plugged and there is no mention of that within their advertising on Amazon. Quite the opposite, in fact. They suggest it’s a plug & play item.

When I complained to them, they denied any fault and said they would only refund the item cost not the cost of return.

So I had to sort the return at considerable expense to myself.

Complained to Amazon - who did refund me, luckily for this lot, otherwise a small claim would have been filed against them.

Awful customer service, AVOID!!

Great company for Infra red heating panels. Kes originally helped us to decide which size panel we needed. No pushy even though we took a while to decide. We wanted a picture on the living room heating panel so Kes passed us to the image centre. We sent our photo to them and received a proof of how it would look on our heating panel. It arrived today and we are thrilled. We have used these panels for 2 years and now have them in every room. Much cheaper to run and a much nicer heat

I have updated this to 5 star because it costs way less than 32p ph we have set at 22degress and it costs about 18p ph. App is terrible for timers and the remote does not seem to connect to WiFi as it should I think much clearer instructions are needed and better software but it does its main job if heating fantasticly and is economical so it gets 5 stars. About to order our 2nd!

So we have bought this heater as our first purchase in what we hope will be our first of many as we insulate our home and up grade our electric heaters.

We purchased the 1200W heater sized for a room that the online calculator said required 1195W.

We bought a house that had a loft that was converted to be 'storage space' but is being used as a bedroom. As such it had no wall mounted heating and the insulation in the comb walls is only 50mm rigid with a bit more in the ceiling and no insulation in the floor.

We have been using a 1500W oil heater. This heater took about 3 hours to heat the room to only about 18 degrees.

We have been using the mirrorstone WiFi 1200W heater for about 10 days now. Its mounted about 2.5 meters away from the desk and bed we wish to keep warm at its doing amazing. It can heat the room up to about 23 degrees in less than an hour and keep it there. (3 degrees outside) the timer function on the app is annoying and would be better using 24hr time. We are still unable to find the geofencing feature which was the main feature we wanted to stop the heater always being forgotten and left on. The remote is also a bit of a useless feature in our experience as without the app you can't set timers so if your not big on apps get the model that has the bigger thermostat control panel. We also ordered the 1195 x 1195 model but they sent the 1195 x 995 model which actually I'm going to count as a good mistake as I forgot to factor in the loft hatch size so this mistake by Mirrorstone in the size fixed my mistake and I was actually able to get it in the loft.

So thanks to this heater my daughter for the first time actually has a warm room. It's a totally different kind of heat you don't get that hot heat feel but it's definitely cosy. It feels more like the heat of a sauna it surrounds you as opposed to the wall of heat you hit with convection heaters.

If this heater comes in at the 32p max per hour as claimed then we will have a warmer room with noticeable savings on our bill.

So to summarise. 1200W infrared panel is beating a 1500W oil heater hands down. This panel has cost us £260 more than the oil heater and its has so far been worth every penny!

We are going to be replacing every heater in the house with infrared and would highly recommend.

Disappointing on their delivery offerings and a bit deceiving.
They offered dx next day timed delivery, but you cannot ask for a time slot! It’s a set time by Dx courier.
Dx don’t allow you to track there vehicles, so no idea when

My interactions with Simon Donnerstag, which occur regularly, consistently showcase his politeness and supportive attitude. Any concerns that arise are promptly addressed. The entire team exhibits extensive knowledge of the products and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help.

I have been dealing with Dee Dookhee at Mirrorstone for a long time now and I have been delighted with the level of service I have experienced. Dee has always been extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, not even a 93 year old man like me!! The products are very good, delivery is timely and most important my customers really like it.

The staff are exceptional, understanding, know their products and stock. Customer care is brilliant. Items arrive when expected. If ever there is a fault it is resolved quickly and with no quibbles. The products look stunning in situ.

Have dealt with Mirrorstone for sometime now and find they have been a great company to work with especially Dee Dookhee (Sales Manager) our account manger. Nothing is any bother and always very punctual in everything they do with us. We look forward to continuing to build our relations with them in the run up to the on coming winter months ahead... A joy to work with all with all Dee's supporting staff...
