Have gone bust as of the 19th October 2017.

We have placed 2x orders with Misco & they have messed up delivery on both of them. The first was out of stock but I only found out when I chased it up because it didn't arrive on the quoted delivery date. When I rang them, I was told on two separate occasions that their sales team would contact me with a list of alternative products but they failed to do so, both times (also, they have no hold music, so the first couple of times I called I thought I'd been cut off & hung up). The second order I placed said on their website it was in stock & available for next day delivery, at an extra cost which I paid. When the delivery day arrived, I noticed that it still showed on their website as not having dispatched, so I rang them & was told it was down on their system as not ready for delivery for another 5 days - despite it saying they were in stock & would arrive the next day when I placed my order. When I rang, the person I spoke to could not have been less helpful & was completely devoid of sympathy - just told me that I could claim the extra paid for the delivery back but only if I contacted them again after it arrived (IF it arrived!). Total shambles. They are either completely incompetent or actively lying about delivery times.

I chased up my order only to be told Misco's supplier had no goods end of line no replacement. Waste of time unreliable and unhelpful.I cancelled my order and will probably never order from this company again. Contacted Can I Buy IT Cheaper and they gave me great customer service.

Had to chase an order, they finally took payment on 3rd day and on 5th day told me no longer have stock and discontinued.

STILL HAVE NO REFUND

Terrible experience. Purchased printer because it was good value vs high st retailers, and requested delivery in 3 days. I received an order confirmation showing the price and misco authorised the payment from my credit card. After 3 days elapsed I received an email stating the price has increased and I had to agree to the higher price for them to despatch the item. A couple of emails later, and they still seem unwilling to complete the order. Wasted 4 days and ordering elsewhere. Seems like a trading standards issue.

Bad news for me, upon the executive recognising my voice I heard a loud sigh, some fumbling about and the phone was put down on me. Now that is what I call service for a loyal customer!

Choice and prices are good.

However, I went through the ordering process, credit card payment, shipping and order confirmation etc only to be told that the GBP 600 order was cancelled by their Credit Risk Analyst. The reason ? they don't allow buying from their UK website and shipping in the UK when using foreign (EU) credit cards.

Basically they don’t sell to non UK credit card holders. It's says so in their T&C, somewhere in the middle, but not anywhere else on their site nor are warnings given before paying.

What a waste of time. Bought somewhere else instead.

The stupid thing is that although the credit card has been refunded it takes a week to release the money. The funds cannot be used in the meantime.

I have placed an order and received an email with information that my order is on hold until I will phone them with id or passport - security check. End up canceling the order.

Purchased a HP server and it was DOA . Returns emailed me 8 days later and pointed me to HP support - which is illegal ... my contract is with Misco .

No communications ... cancelled payment on CC .

Many better IT suppliers available in the UK...

A few weeks ago I received a broken box with items for my cats. These included a bag of wet food that was broken, and the food was all over the place and had destroyed other items. In addition, they had sent me several wrong products.
Unfortunately, you can only contact the company via e-mail, so I complained about this via their contact form. First they wrote back that they had system problems and did not receive my inquiries - and that I should write back and send photos and videos of it all - which I did 3-4 times. Now they are completely stopped to answering my inquiries.
I have now put PayPal at the case and hope that they will help me to get my money back for the destroyed items and incorrect products!
This was the first and last time I dealt with the company !!! ☹️

Had a few issues with delivery but we got there in the end. Just need to be a little bit clearer on available stock and delivery commitments to prevent frustration.

First printer they sent me was damaged in transit. Second doesn't work. Misco were unhelpful and slow to arrange collection/refund of first printer and are still reluctant to collect the second and are trying to fob me off to the manufacturer.
