Excellent service, prompt delivery, quality products 👌

The order process and delivery was easy and on-time. However, since you do not deliver to the US, we do not have the product yet...it is being sent to us by our friend in Cambridge to whom we had you ship our order.

Beautiful quality, hassle free. After staying in hotels with quality bedding items I asked where they purchased them. Mitre Linen does not disappoint. Affordable luxury bedding and bedding sets are absolutely Devine. Pillows are like clouds. I would recommend to all. Super fast delivery. No frills just pure luxury.

I have not received an invoice with any of you emails - which would have obviously been helpful in reclaiming the vat, rather than hunting it down!

I have a small holiday home in the centre of Harrogate and have used Mitre for 12 year now . My satin strip bedding is as good as new especially when prepared at the local laundry… the Savannah towels still bouncy . These are often mentioned in my reviews. Thanks Lyn for you service as always

Lovely soft cotton sheets and duvet covers. Quick delivery and all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Great product but with the on line order a separate e mail offered a 10% discount code. Tried numerous times to activate this code which was continuously rejected quoting terms and condition.
Why send a separate message offering this discount and then not honouring it.
Poor management and communication.

I had a problem with a cotton duvet cover which creased excessively when touched. I have bought a lot of items from Mitre in the past which have been fine and Mitre supply to the hotel industry so I assume reasonable quality and robustness. When I complained about the cover The customer service team insisted on photos and then collection for checking over a 10 working day period. It feels like they think I am some sort of scammer ; I told them to forget about it and it’s going in the bin. This process is totally ott. We have 3 grown up children so know a little bit about faulty bedding!

Very quick delivery, good quality sheets

Since going the first time to Center Parcs, I have searched for the duvet that they provide in the lodges. I found this premium duvet at Mitre and now the proud owner of one. Now I have a luxurious sleep every night. They are super heavy but worth the effort. The quality is great too.

Everyone is always very helpful, friendly and efficient at Mitre. Delivery service is outstanding, ordered on Tuesday received on Thursday.

Love the quality of the merchandise. Was sent the wrong size for one duvet covers, phoned and daily remedied by the helpline which was great.
Opened the next 2 pillowcases and there are oil marks (or similar) on them, currently trying to remove them with little success. So a bit frustrating really.

Lovely bath sheets, so soft and fluffy.

The pillow cases I ordered are of excellent quality. The 100% cotton has a lovely silky feel and a beautiful sheen. I have had sheets and duvet covers from them in the past and have been very pleased with the quality of all items.

I spoke to a lovely lady Clare Medway oh my goodness she was so helpful.I explained how I had been to The Swan Hotel in Alnwick in Northumberland and they use your pillows and they were so comfortable and the hotel gave me the Mitre details .
Well i received the pillow and i am so pleased with it I will order some more
So please thank Clare she even gave me the name of a tea shop to visit when i hopefully come to Llandudno in May .So Thankyou again .
