Scam. The shoes are terrible quality and then they secretly enroll you into a “membership” subscription without telling you and bill you every month! I didn’t catch on for almost 6 months!!!!

Made the mistake of ordering runners online. Site doubled my order then days later charged me for VIP membership. Sent numerous emails to support and was greeted with excuses and runarounds. Never received a single pair and subsequently had my bank dispute all the charges.

This company charged me a second time after my first purchase without my authorization. This company is a scam. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This company is not trustworthy. I purchased two pair of men’s shoes, paid for them and received them. Since then, they continue to charge me and as of now, they have overcharged me $207. The bank is now dealing with it.

I purchased shoes and received them, no problem. But unknowingly was registered into a vip program at $59.95 a month. I didn’t realize or was unaware for several months. I never used the privilege that supposedly the VIP program afforded me. MLO want to refund the last month when I became aware of the charge, not previously charged months regardless of whether service was not used.

This company tried to charge my card twice. The first payment seemed legit, but then another attempt for a different figure was attempted but my bank blocked it. In time i will see if the 1x pair of shoes gets received, but until then, be careful ordering from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I WOULDNT DOUBT IF THE COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.

I made a purchase July 22 for 2 pairs of shoes. When I received my order I only received 1 pair. I waited all the way till Oct 31 to email them back to ask what's up with my shoes. The tracking never said it got past the shipper, never made a delivery, just kept saying package was with the shipper. They told me they would check on it and check with the shipper about my package. Many emails later and to this today Dec. 24 everytime I email them I get the response we're still checking on things and I have to check with the team before going forward.
They know 100% I paid for my items and I didn't get the one pair. They keep saying there waiting for the shipper for further updates. You really think that shipper has my shoes 6 months later?
I asked them to send me another pair and deal with the shipper after but I again get the response they are waiting to hear from shipper and they need to check with the team.
THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. IS YOUR TEAM IN ANTARCTICA? Do you they use the telegraph for communication to contact the team.
I HIGHLY ADVISE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! NO SOLUTIONS ONLY EXCUSES AND RUN AROUND TO A FORMER REPEAT CUSTOMER.
IF I COULD MAKE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK I WOULD BUT I WAITED SO LONG GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT I CANT, SO HERE I AM PUTTING THEM ON BLAST.
