The worst cargo company they sent back my order without even contact me for once
Don’t use MNG Kargo courier service it’s a scam
We have a parcel to MNG Karoo during our holiday to Turkey. We clearly mentioned the country of delivery to Australia and made the payment. The office in Urgup gave us the delivery time and we didn’t receive the parcel. When we checked from the person who helped us with the service in Urgup he said that we have given wrong details and Australia customs rejected and have send the parcel back to Turkey.When we provide all the proof he admitted they made a mistake and the parcel was sent to Austria and not to Australia. He ask us to pay another USD25 to rectify their error and we made that payment too as we wanted our parcel back as it’s gifts we got to our family. We have tried sending emails and tried contacting this person and it’s been two months. Our parcel is missing and I think we got scammed. Please don’t do transactions with this company as they don’t have any service for foreigners . Basically no customer service at all . If you are a foreigner check the postal services for courier as it’s a government organization they will not steal your parcels or money. Please don’t use the service as we are still trying to get our parcel and having hopes. It’s sad that this is how people in Turkey treat foreigners.
Rude and unprofessional people with no manner and respect
For those who read my review, please stay away from this delivery company. They are not just unprofessional people but rude, stupid and hateful guys with no manner and no respect.
On 11th of this month, I was supposed to receive my package. The company texted me that the package is with carrier but I didn't receive it that day. The day after, they called and asked me about my address while address clearly written on the package and it is showing in their tracking system as well. They took my address and promised to arrive in 30 minutes to 1 hour but they never showed up. They called me 2 more times in the next days and even asked my location through WhatsApp which I sent to them but those Jenks never came. On the 6th day, they just returned the package without informing me or giving me the time to get it from their shop.

Very bad delivery service. They came to my building and told me to come and collect my package downstairs despite pleading with the delivery man I was pregnant and could not Cary heavy load he left with my packages and told me to get it from the office.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. They don't care about the client at all. They don't even try to contact me to deliver the product they just left it in a office quite far from my location. VERY BAD SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Zonguldak Soğuksu Şube Müdürü çok kaba bir davranış sergiledi, sorun çözümünden oldukça uzak ve amatör. En kötü kargo hizmeti deneyimimdi. Biraz geri dönüşlere ve puanlamalara baktığımda bu konuda görüş olarak yalnız olmadığımı da gördüm. Böyle bir muameleyi hiçbir müşteriniz hak etmiyor. Müşteriyi, teslim edemedikleri kargoyu aynı gün şubeye gelip almalarını isteyerek adeta cezalandırıyorlar. Çok adaletsizce.

Tracking info of order 311811896380 said that parcel will be delivered 02.11.2022. But 01.11.2022 MNG sent SMS informing that parcel will be delivered during tha day. And 29 minutes after SMS courier called me, I asked him to wait me for 5 minutes. But courier kursed again and agian. I arrived to my address in 5 minutes after courier called, but he already gone. I called him and said that I'm home right now, but he kursed again. Next day MNG sent me SMS informing I have to take parcel from their office by myself. But it is a table.
P.S. I said "5 dakika" and "Şu an evdeyim" and some other words on Türk.

311811896380 numaralı siparişin takip bilgisinde 02.11.2022 kolinin teslim edileceği söylendi. Ancak 01.11.2022 MNG kargonun o gün içerisinde teslim edileceğine dair SMS gönderdi. Ve SMS kuryesi beni aradıktan 29 dakika sonra 5 dakika beklemesini istedim. Ama kurye tekrar kursed ve agian. Kurye aradıktan 5 dakika sonra adresime ulaştım ama o çoktan gitti. Onu aradım ve şu an evde olduğumu söyledim ama yine kursa gitti. Ertesi gün MNG bana sms gönderdi ve kargoyu kendi ofisinden kendim almam gerektiğini bildirdi. Ama bu bir masa.

iade kargom vardı ve gelip alınmadı. yaklaşık bir hafta magdur ettiler. nedeni yok pandemi yok yoğunluk var denildi. bir çok kes müşteri hizmetlerine armamama rağmen her defasında aciliyet oluşuturuldu denildi ama sonuç yok! bayraklı smırna şubesini aradım son derece sagyısız ve sert bir yanıt aldım.. çalışanlar son serdece saygsız çözum odaklı değil.. sonuç olarak aldım ürünün iade kodu bitti ve kendi kod aldım bu defa başka bir firma seçme şansım oldu tabi ki iki gün içinde iadem alındi.... iki hafta sonrası ancak muşteri hizmetleri bana dönuş yapıp iadeniz alınıdı mı diye soru sordu. tabi tabii sizi beklemiş olsayıdm hala alınmayacaktı ürün elimde kalacak paramda çöpe gidecekti.
