Insist on delivering everything on DPD , with a pin needed to accept
Fine if its a £1500 phone but this is for a £20 Currys voucher,
Meaning that I either need to take a day off work to take delivery or just write it off
Had to do the latter because its not worth it
All for secure deliveries but a bit of common sense wouldn’t go amiss
That aside, the actual contract purchase was really straightforward with it being an e sim delivery…
If I had to take a day off work to accept that too, it would have been a nightmare

Overall I have had a great experience using mobiles.co.uk
Sadly I have noticed that iD Mobile prices have been creeping upwards, with less cashback, but I suppose that is the trajectory of everything these days. I hope this isn't the result of the Vodafone merger.
This marks my second year with iD Mobile via mobile.co.uk. Cashback is always honoured, no problem. SIM ordered Wednesday afternoon and arrived Saturday morning.
I certainly recommend and will be using mobiles.co.uk.for the foreseeable future.

Rung me to offer a deal for new SIM. But kept sending me iphones I had not ordered or requested also extremely rude.never got the SIM and was sent an email for a phone contract I have not got.
Am now very pleased with the response I received and can see clearly how both mobiles.co.uk and myself have been used in a fraud. Details now passed to police and thank you for the cooperation from mobiles.co.uk

Waiting for a cheque in 2026!
I've always received every sim card cashback cheque in the end.
This time I've been waiting for my Jan 26 cheque and it's gone past the date I should've received it by (20/03/26).
I went onto live chat to be told I need to wait another 2 weeks and only then can I request a bank transfer.
I just don't get why they can't send a bank transfer in the first instance or even an option for gift card redemption in this day and age. Waiting 3 months for a cheque - really!

Please do not use this company I've had 4 contracts out with them for the past 5 years, no problems, this time they haven't sent my cash back I had the most useless obnoxious chat assistant call Jayden who was unhelpful the woman I spoke to on the phone was useless they did not give me the contact details of the ombudsman. Took time to port number…
My only problem with the company was it took 4 days to port my old number.Was meant to be Thursday didn't happen until the following Monday.. Apart from that everything was excellent
