I've used this app on and off for I think about 7 year's and I've always gotten my rewards.
I like it as apps are stealing our data regardless and with them we get a small reward.

I used their program for a year to get some extra money for bills. However, their VPN has been very inconsistent in the last few months to where it’s simply unusable.

When I attempted to cash out on my amount, they declined my amount & locked my account. Closing my account when I didn’t break any rules, did not go against their TOS at any point. And they were smug about it in their response. Like they have experience in screwing over the people that use their probably illegal platform.

Do not waste your time with these thugs. All they care about is taking your information and screwing you out of the money you deserve.

App worked fine until couple of weeks ago. Tried to redeem credits but the account got locked itself. Sent few emails but got no response.. very unprofessional. Will delete the app

Redeemed credits, got locked, support team gives canned response. Questioned the response. Absolute silence.

I have been a user for about three years and have had no problems with the app or with redeeming points. A few days ago I tried to redeem some points and my account was "locked." I sent an email to support and received an inadequate, unprofessional and rude reply that gave me no instructions for fixing the problem. I was surprised as I did my best to fix the problem and I redeemed points with no issue a few months ago.

Installed the app and followed the requirements. Went to redeem the points and got locked out. Contacted support and got the same response. No reason given, no evidence. Nothing after further followup.

I downloaded this for about 5 minutes then deleted. I decided to research AFTER I downloaded and it blocked every attempt to do so. So I deleted not worth the trouble if they decide what I can and can not see! After I deleted I had no problems researching so be careful if you decide to move forward with mobile expressions. That was a frightening experience!!

I have not had any problems receiving my rewards. I've been using this for several years. The only issue I have is that on my iphone, although I have trusted the profile, I keep getting a notice that the certificate cannot be verified. It also uninstalls every so often but I think that's my iphone updates and not mobilexpressions.

Have been waiting since 7th July 2025 to receive a £20 Amazon Voucher which they show as shipped on my account. Have sent numerous emails, but I still have had no response from them. I am beginning to wonder whether they exist or are just another scam?

Llevo casi tres años y ya he cangeado diferentes regalos con los puntos de cange... Auriculares energi system, un pue para el movil, dos cheques uno gasolinera, otro amazon...

I've had the same experience as many others have described.
Have been participating for years, suddenly I get the credits and my account is locked. No explanation. Had to send more than one e-mail.
Same copy paste response as others have mentioned. Unhelpful and rude.
I asked all my data deleted as per GDPR.

I got my gift card emailed to me within few hours after requesting it ... I transferred the code to my Amazon account and it legit show my updated balance , happy so far

I have been a participant of the Mobilexpression data collection for a number of years. I've always had difficulty obtaining my rewards in the form of Amazon vouchers. Recently I applied for a £20 Amazon,on August 11th 2025. I have sent numerous emails regarding non delivery of the voucher

After using this for aver 2 years…..
I have 18 credits in my account atm
I received an email for my next 2 credits ( totalling 20)
They now have blocked my account.
Emailed them and no response.

I'm so no in the mood right now
No Starbucks Evoucher and can't use the account

They claim you'll receive a $5 Amazon gift card within a week of using their service in exchange for access to your personal data—but that promise is false. I never received the gift card, and the entire experience felt deceptive.
I'm deactivating my account and strongly urge others to stay away. This company operates on misleading tactics and surprise charges. Protect your data and your wallet

After emailing me saying my credits were ready, they closed my account when I claimed a reward. The email conversation will be on youtube soon

Know they take to long to send codes I ordered a Amazon gift card Tuesday in my Amazon code didn't came yet I emailed them a couple times.

I've been using Mobile Xpression since 2018. Though recently since May 13th 2025, it's been a week since I emailed their Online Rewards email and I've still not received my Amazon code. Since they have separated their Support-Team email to get your code via email, the wait is now very long, compared to a few days.

I have finally received my email for my Amazon gift card code.
