Excellent service from Mobility Direct, extremely fast turnaround when we needed a hospital bed urgently. Order placed on the website on a Sunday afternoon and I had a call from them at 8am the next day to confirm delivery. Delivery and assembly an hour later were quick and very helpful explaining how to use the electrics and pressure monitoring mattress.

I ordered a hospital post surgery. ORdering was easay and painless. Delivery and setup was very smooth and fast, and the delivery guy was very helpful in moving furniture and explaining the bed's functions. Extending the rental was easy. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. Great Service.

​I had a terrible experience with Mobility Direct while recovering from a severe ankle break (4 fractures). I ordered a specific Knee Rover, but they delivered the incorrect walker.
​When the driver realized the mistake, he contacted the owner, Martin. Instead of reaching out to me to apologize or arrange a replacement, Martin remained silent. I had to chase him through reception to get an update. When I finally spoke to him, he was incredibly rude and refused to deliver the correct item simply because I live in Cavan—despite having accepted the order in the first place.
​Martin left me without essential medical equipment during a critical time. Zero accountability and zero customer care.

I found Mobility Direct to be unprofessional. I suffer with Parkinsos desease and I rely on my scooter to get around.

Martin, who is the Manager told me that he would call me back which he never did. I also found out that he blocked my number, because i had to call him about the scooter. Quite alot. It seems to me that he is shirking awy from his professional duty. I wouldn't buy there again.

Hi everyone, after my foot surgery, I rented a knee walker from Mobility Direct. I would like to say that it was an excellent service. It was delivered very quickly. I would like to recommend it very highly. The knee walker was crucial in my rehabilitation, and I don't know what I would have done without it. Thank you so much.

Rang the company to arrange the hire of the bed
Bed was delivered promptly the next day and installed in 10 minutes with excellent instructions on how to operate.It also came with an adjustable hospital style table that could be positioned over the bed which I found very useful.
I was also informed that if I wished to keep the bed beyond our agreed arrangement that I simply had to contact the office to extend the hire.
This gave me great pieces of mind as I was unsure how long my recovery would take and if I would still need the bed beyond the initial hire period.
On returning the bed,the same gentleman returned to dismantle it and was just as efficient as when installing.

Excellent service from this company. Found myself in need of a knee support scooter after breaking one of my ankles and badly hurting the other one. Their website is very easy to navigate, their prices are very reasonable, and their service is excellent. It was delivered less than 24hrs after ordering it. Martin was a pleasure to deal with, took his time explaining how it works and adjusting it to my height. It was then collected promptly when I no longer needed it. The scooter was a game changer, made it possible for me to move indoors. I highly recommend this company.

my husband had emphatically wanted NOTHING to do with a scooter! However, as I was to lead a tour in Ireland for 2 weeks that required a lot of walking as a "surprise" I had rented one from Martin, which had already been delivered and sitting in our hotel when we arrived. IT WAS A LIFESAVER!! Perfect for him for this trip! And to leave at the hotel afterwards made it so easy when time to leave. As a travel agency owner and also a spouse of one who needed something like this, the rent went off without a hitch. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND using the services of Martin and Mobility Direct.

Excellent service from this company. Prompt delivery of knee walker the day after I ordered it. I had originally thought I'd manage with just crutches after my surgery for a broken ankle but as it turned out, the knee walker gave me so much more independence around the house and garden in the 4 weeks that I had it. There was also the option to extend for longer than the original rental period if needed. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Scooter was delivered to hotel without any problems and picked up at a different hotel problem free. Life saving device while traveling in Ireland and Scotland. Lots of cobble stones in these countries but it got me around easily. Would recommend to anyone with mobility issues. Lovely company.
