I have just called their customer service number 30 times in a row. No one answers the phone.

Yes, you can leave a message, but I actually need totalk someone.

After hearing their perky recorded message that "A friendly representative will help you shortly" 30 times, I am feeling the effects of high blood pressure.

Maybe I will reach them someday but at this point, no matter what the outcome, I am %^%#!. I hate the many companies that provide phone numbers and never answer them.

Oh, they provide a WhatsApp phone number too, and WhatsApp doesn't even know this phone number!
