On the plus side their products are good value and the staff are quite friendly but there is clearly a culture of “no rush” and the organization of orders is shambolic at my branch and online
As for online orders, place your order and wait for it to go into a black hole - in these days of next day deliveries a few days is a bit of a pain but they need days to even getting around to processing an order
Old fashioned but not in a good way!

I tried to order a £1800 Worth of goods I tried by the online website no stock I tried by phone 7 time eventually got through, they said they will phone me back. They never did. I've got my order from Mole Avon instead no problem with them got it straight away, mole Valley farmers are rubbish waste of time no trained staff must lose a futune, trying to avoid.

I’m a huge fan of Mole Country Stores and always choose them first for anything I need. Brilliant range of stock at sensible prices. The reason I have given Online only 4 stars is the website. It’s very slow, often doesn’t show the product and just lets them down.

The item I ordered was at a very competetive price and was delivered within the timescale given :)

Unfortunately this time of ordering it took 9 days to arrive, but fortunately I allowed time so we did not run out of food. It is normally a lot better but for some reason this wasn’t the case this time around

Poor service good products.
Unacceptable delivery times for animal food as well as limited contact, despite numerous emails. I had to go out and buy dog food as took 10 days for delivery. The problem is not delivery company but down to Moles.
Such a shame in a competitive market.

The service is great, my dog loves the food, but I will say delivery takes a week to get me, and you say 3 to 5 days, that is my only fault with you, price is good,

Good product, price & delivery

I ordered some cat litter over a week ago. I chased the order after four days by phone. The next day I then emailed to say I needed it urgently ….. five days later I got an acknowledgment of my email ! The wrong product ie dog biscuits was delivered yesterday so I phoned and they asked me to email pictures etc. I have just tried calling and their “customer service” team do not work at weekends ! I will not be using this Company again and certainly would not recommend them…… very badly run.

Used a few times, dog beds amazing and quick and easy, also got wood burner pellets £8.95 delivery charge could be better. Or free if you spend X about (£50/60 pound). Still value for money

South Molton Badly run chaotic yard computer says there’s stock there isn’t
Yard is infested with vermin chewing there way through and running all over products
Animal feed and bedding is contaminated with rat and mice dropping and baby’s
The deputy manager is very very rude
Everyone else seems nice but it’s a badly run place
I will Never darken there door ever again

Easy to order, divine cookies, can't decide which is best

I recently placed an order with Mole online for dog food. The order has been prepared and was due to be delivered on the Tuesday. Very sadly my dog passed away early hours of Monday morning. I telephoned customer service who were very kind and went completely out of their way to get the order cancelled and a refund to me. The kindness of both the gentleman I spoke with on the phone and the email’s from Karen were touching. I really felt valued and cared for as a customer hence this review. Thank you Mole valley a very rare experience in this day and age!

My heart sank when I read the other reviews after having placed my order, I was convinced there would be an issue. I can however report that everything was perfect. Items packed with good quality packaging. Updates on despatching and prompt delivery. Nothing but total professionalism. They really do deserve the 5* rating I have given. Thank you.

Over a week to process an order, delivered by dhl, i say delivered they didn't ring the doorbell and actually didn't even leave it on the property but at the end of the drive. Complete rubbish service - what has happened to you Mole?

Awful - get your online stuff sorted and get a decent delivery service
