Next day delivery everything as advertised great service

Highly recommended

PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. A WEEK LATER STILL NOTHING. SENT 4 EMAILS, 1 ONLINE FORM ON WEBSITE AND EVEN TRIED ON TIKTOK BUT AM STILL BEING IGNORED. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER SUPPLIED SO I CANT EVEN CALL THEM. THESE WERE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY WHICH IS WHY I SPENT EXTRA TO GET NEXT DAY DELIVERY. THEY COULD AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO MY COUNTLESS MESSAGES.

I ordered a big mystery box , more than half the content was out of date or had no date on at all so I was unable to gift it. There was no mention of anything being out of date in the description

Large item missing from order. Contacted them with no response. Seems a regular occurrence

Asked to cancel order. Did not respond to any emails. Still sent order anyway.

Some of my order was left behind- it was immediately dispatched by a very helpful customer service lady.
Mistakes happen, it’s how they are rectified that shows how good a company really is.

I do an order with Mollies every couple of months and they are perfect. Lovely variety of sweets and always really quick to dispatch. I’ve never had any issues with them.

Mystery box was jam packed, lots of big packs of sweets and chocolates, really good value for money!

The only thing that let it down was a few items being 6 months past their best before, that was a bit too past the date for me personally.

However, it was birthday present and the recipient was really pleased! I will be purchasing again

Some items were missing. When I emailed they got back to me a week later to say they had refunded me even though they hadn’t. I had also complained about three dip dabs that were hard and had clearly gone off. I sent pictures of them along with the email explaining that no they hadn’t refunded me and I have heard nothing since.

I rate zero as no parcel received by DPD or myself. And no reply to email sent to Mollies. Absolutely rubbish service/communication I asked for a full refund including the express postage with nil response. I would not recommend this company at all
