On 12 June I spent over £1,700 on a Wunderkind rear fender and seat conversion for my BMW R18. Once the order was placed, I received an email explaining that the items were not in stock and would need to be ordered, with a lead time of 10–12 working days. Fair enough.
Unfortunately, that is where the proactive communication ended.
The expected lead time came and went without an update, so on 1 July I chased the order. I eventually received a reply and was told the items should be with Moorespeed by 8–9 July and with me the following day.
Yet again, that date came and went with no update. I emailed on 10 July asking for information and received no response. I then sent a further email cancelling the purchase, at which point I finally received a reply stating that my order had apparently been in customs since 3 July and that they would likely have more information by 13 July.
That would make it 31 days since placing an order worth over £1,700, with still no confirmed delivery date.
The frustrating part is that I would probably have kept the order and been perfectly happy to wait had I simply been kept informed. I have no issue with lead times or unforeseen delays, provided they are clearly communicated. Instead, I was repeatedly left to chase for updates after expected dates had passed.
It's unfortunate that proactive customer communication appears to be considered unimportant, because in this case it has cost Moorespeed a £1,700+ sale and a customer.
I will now have to source the parts elsewhere. Thanks, Moorespeed, for wasting my time.

I recently bought a used Harley Davidson Sportster Iron from Moore Speed Racing. It was my first distant purchase as for various reasons I was not able to travel down to see the bike in person. I was naturally nervous about doing this but it was at the right price,spec ,condition and I didn’t want to miss it. Thanks to Nick I was sent a close up video of the bike including a cold start. The website and eBay photos were of a good quality so I was able to get a good detailed look before sending my deposit. I agreed to purchase and Nick arranged transport with Paul. The whole process was easy. The bike turned up on time I was given updates on expected delivery eta. When it arrived I could see straight away It was in excellent condition, it even looked better in person. So I’m very happy and confident that Moore speed racing can be trusted with their descriptions plus I noticed from other photos all their used bikes look very clean and well looked after .

MSR couldn't be anymore brilliant.
We had a bad experience with another Indian dealer, and last year came to MSR for a service kit and parts for my Indian Scout. The team are knowledgeable and helpful.
The top customer service led us to this year driving 3 hours to MSR to purchase a new Indian Scout Bobber. They have looked after us and so we will continue to use them.

What can I say this dealership is awesome, firstly it started off with test rides on the Scout range to see what suited me best and to my surprise I preferred the Bobber over the 101.

I then sat with Nick who understood what I was trying to achieve from day one, we added many custom parts to make the bike as I wanted it. Nick and the team kept me up to date throughout the whole build process and their attention to detail was excellent.

I feel a lot of dealerships both bike and car could learn a lot from this company, you feel like a valued customer the whole team at Moore Speed Racing are friendly and take the time to talk and you feel they all have a genuine interest in what they are selling.

A massive THANK YOU to Nick, Colin and the rest of the team.

What a terrible company to deal with I returned the item after following the instructions provided which as your aware involves cutting the hoses and you then decide to deduct £42.99 from my refund for an item which doesn’t work ? What’s that all about? Ordered my product on Wednesday paid for 48 hrs delivery still waiting for product to arrive & it now Monday afternoon.
Poor Service.

Having spoken with Luke in the Sales team he could not do enough in order to resolve this issue, so much so that he went above and beyond to resolve this matter I would most definitely deal with this company again without any hesitation.

I can only leave a review based upon my experience...I part-exchanged 2 motorcycles against a secondhand machine and dealt with Tom who handled the whole transaction without issue. The machine I took delivery of is as described and I have absolutely no complaints. Further, Colin (the owner and delivery driver too!) is a top bloke. Highly recommended.

What can I say about Moore Speed Racing other than the amazing bikes they produce. Last year I bought one of their MSR custom bobbers with a floating seat and skull artwork. If you don't like being stopped and asked all the time about your bike then don't buy one as even people not into bikes loved the look. The bike was a cracking ride to which I got a taste for touring now. Another conversion came up for sale and if you snooze you lose to which I did on this particular one. Sometimes though things are meant to be and the customer changed their minds and fair play to Tom he was straight on the phone asking me if I wanted it after showing interest in it.

So I now have my 2nd purchase from these guys and again what a bike. Roll on the sun and get me out there. Would not buy from anywhere else other than Moore Speed Racing

Superb. The service on my Darkhorse was excellent. All the staff were so nice and very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend this place to take your bike. My 1 1/2 hour ride to go to them was so worth it :)

Recently purchased a 49cc Scooter that these guys had advertised on my local gumtree.
As I am based 30 miles away from their premises I didn't have the opportunity to view beforehand(my choice) so I purchased 'blind'after having had an email conversation followed by a phone conversation.
The service provided by Nick was excellent throughout from the initial purchase through to arranging delivery, which was carried out as promised by a very professional guy.
After 2 weeks I also received a follow up courtesy phone call from Nick just to check that all was okay.
All in all i can't fault the service provided and would recommend this company.

Have Done business with MooreSpeed before with my GSX 1400 had new head bearings fitted. Excellent Service. I also had my 916 Ducati serviced there before swapping it for a Ducati Diavel again very Professional had all the correct tools to service the Duke. Even checked before hand to make sure they had the correct equipment!!! You can’t ask for more 😀😀👍👍

These guys are awesome. They have helped me with advice and parts. They have spent many hours searching for parts that aren't for my bike because I wanted to modify it. I cannot praise them enough.

Dropped in this week to look for a scout, there wasn’t one that I really liked, I talked through one that I had seen on eBay that they build. Unlike many shops that would switch off at that point they gave may a complete tun down of the history of the bike and offered to get it delivered to them before I committed to it. Above and beyond customer service!

Bought a bike from here and never received the logbook. No call back and not interested wether you have it or not. Wouldn’t buy of them again if that’s how they treat their customers.
