This bathroom conversion was a straightforward and pleasant experience from the first visit onwards. Everything was done on schedule without problems and Eliot was cheerful, confident and competent throughout. Highly recommended.

From the initial showroom and home visits through to installation and sign off, we cannot praise this company highly enough. At every point of contact, staff provided a level of service, professionalism and care in the job that rarely exists in current times. All within a limited budget and timeframe and with exceptional communication. Well done guys!

Excellent service from the Passmore Group. Everyone involved from the surveyor to the floor fitter, decorator etc was really friendly, there were no awkward moments. Martin and Roman did a really good job and were extremely polite and professional. Martin went above and beyond and helped me out with things that were not part of his job. As did James (the elecrician). I have a daughter and she was comfortable with everyone The only thing that could be improved upon is communication within the company, but it did not impact the work in any way which has been completed to a high standard. Would use this company again and would highly reccomend.

From start to finish, our service was second to none. Professional, skilled, patient and friendly. Everyone we dealt with sought to ensure everything went smoothly and any issues were quickly dealt with, and the bathroom is beautiful and fully accessible , as promised.

We had an outside fitter named Sam who was excellent describing what a when he was doing fittings. Electrician polite and courteous whilst working. Looked after from start to finish. Keep up the excellent service.

We are very pleased with our new wet room which has been much admired. We are very grateful to the whole team for making this happen so efficiently. In particular, Damian, our fitter, was excellent. At all times he worked hard and skilfully and was also very considerate to us and our circumstances.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. We had our bathroom put in last week, and the care from start to finish was phenomenal.

To start with, when it came to planning the bathroom, Nigel went above and beyond to get us the bathroom we hoped for. I’m paralysed from the chest down, so we required a wet room, but at 27 years old I wanted something modern, that didn’t look like it belonged in a hospital.

Nigel made sure that wouldn’t be the case, and spent hours advising us on which colours worked well together and which products were suitable. He’s an absolute gentleman and I’m so thankful he was the man we dealt with.

Then when it came to fitting the bathroom, Chris was brilliant. He clearly takes such pride in his work, an absolute perfectionist, but he still managed to complete it quicker than we’d expected. He was another man who really went above and beyond for us, saying himself that he wanted to make sure it was spot on before leaving.

His tiling is absolutely perfect, to the millimetre. He advised us thoroughly on how to care for the bathroom and keep it looking brand new for as long as possible. Not only that, but we wanted to put in a big cabinet and some other wall fittings to make life easier for us, and not only did he say he would do it, he came back on his day off to do it, as some of the products arrived later than expected. Another wonderful person who was not only very skilled, but has a big heart and takes such pride in what he does.

I didn’t meet the man who did the wet room flooring, as I was out at the time, but I wanted to mention that it is so perfect it almost looks painted on!

Start to finish, everybody has been amazing, and I can finally shower without the dangers I used to have. Nigel and Chris in particular have stood out to me, as both were lovely, personable men, but also clearly very skilled professionals.

Brilliant company, I would recommend to anyone.

Quality service from start to finish. The surveyor provided excellent advice for changing our bathroom to an accessible one. Knowledgeable on products which would making bathing easier. Showroom provided additional ideas and samples of wares. Installation on time and where small issues arose that weren’t apparent at survey all resolved very quickly. Plumber absolutely excellent couldn’t fault his workmanship. Bathing experience much improved. Decision to go with this company couldn’t be faulted. Thank you in particular to Nigel and Dan.

Wow ! What can I say about this company.
What an excellent experience I had ! The workmanship and the quality from this company is second to none. Great from the word go , nothing was too much. My bathroom had already been done by a different company, which wasn’t passed by the council regulators so unfortunately, I had to have my bathroom done again. So glad that these came along the Passmore group because I have a fantastic safe Bathroom , pure quality too . Would like to give a shout out to the two workmen that gave me the wet room of my dreams . Nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship was fantastic . Right from the word go it took 10 days to complete and believe you me there was a lot of work involved from making all the walls straight to raising the floor. Loved how the inspector for the workers came out to make sure they were right in what they were doing to the admin inside that started the ball rolling straight from day one. I can’t thank you all enough for what you have achieved at such a short time frame.
So I would like to give a shout out to everyone who was involved would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a bathroom or kitchen.

Passmore, part of the More Ability Group, installed an assisted living wet room for my 90 year old mother who has Alzheimer’s Disease. I found them to be always courteous, responsive to our questions and gave sound advice regarding products and installation. Full documentation (plans, invoices, insurance etc) provided. Installation completed to a very high standard and at the agreed time. Excellent customer care.

I'm so grateful to this company for the professional and helpful way they handled everything.
The installation was good and I cannot praise the plumber, John Coates, highly enough. He was caring, considerate, always on time and did a beautiful job. It's made a big difference to my life.

We recently had Passmore install a wet room and remove our old bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and very tidy in their work. The whole process was stress-free, and the quality of the finish is excellent.

A special mention to Baz, who worked incredibly hard throughout the project. His skill and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest standard, and we’re so grateful for his efforts.

Due to an illness we needed a wet room fitted. The fitter, Gary, was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. He kept us up to date on a daily basis what he had done and what he would being next step by step. We are really pleased with the outcome, it is so much easier for us to shower. We were looking to turn our en-suite shower room into a wet room to make things easier for my husband who has Parkinson's Disease.
We both wanted to avoid the wet room looking like a hospital/care home facility.
On our first visit to Passmore's Leeds Showroom we were introduced to Garry who showed us around and arranged a date to visit our bungalow to discuss, measure up and advise with suggestions on how to get the best safety aids we required whilst also achieving the desired look -and importantly, working within our budget. Following a survey and more consultations within our home, a date was set for work to commence. The transformation was completed within 3 days and the team of two worked well, keeping any disruption to a minimum as well as limiting the inevitable dust/dirt - and this we really appreciated.
We were kept informed with paperwork outlining the job from the word go right up to the work finishing.
We are very happy with our new wet room - it's a much safer facility for my husband to use and it looks so good too.

The thought of having a new shower at 90 is daunting any they took all the stress out of it.
Delighted with the results. I didn’t think I’d use a seat in the shower but it makes it so much easier and safer.

The young man, Elliot was on time. Very tidy, accurate in his work and did an amazing job.
