J’ai passé un excellent séjour grâce à MorningCroissant. La réservation a été simple et rapide, avec des informations claires et conformes à l’annonce. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et très agréable, exactement comme sur les photos. Je recommande sans hésiter et je repasserai par MorningCroissant pour une prochaine réservation.

J'utilise habituellement Airbnb pour la gestion de mon logement . Très bonne expérience, j'ai réussi à louer mon bien sur du hors saison à des personnes en formation longue durée (3mois)

I had a booking accepted by the real estate agency and just needed to shift my dates. I messaged them, they said, "Sure, no problem! Those dates are totally free." Sounds easy, right? Wrong.
The platform wouldn’t let me change the dates. In fact, it wouldn’t even let me finish booking the original dates. The entire system froze. While I was frantically playing digital ping-pong between the agency and Morning Croissant's support team, some digital ninja swooped in and booked the exact dates right out from under me.

On top of the terrible UI, the site is practically a graveyard of ghost listings - full of flats that proudly boast "Available!" until you actually try to book them. Completely awful platform experience. If you enjoy digital heartbreak, this is the site for you.

Je ne connaissais pas ce type de structure pour les séjours longue durée. Avec Morning Croissant tout est pris en charge jusqu’à la validation du dossier avec un très bon accueil et service client.

I had a very positive experience with MorningCroissant.

The platform is easy to use, convenient, and transparent. Every step is clearly guided, and the status of the application is easy to track, which made renting accommodation from abroad much less stressful.

I rented a property on Morning Croissant advertised as a 3-bedroom (T4). In reality, one room had no window, and we had no hot water for months. Additionally, the landlord was illegally using our private mailbox to run her own businesses.
​When I reported these issues, the platform forwarded my private complaint to the landlord without my consent. When it came to the deposit, the landlord then provided a fake plumbing receipt from a business that actually specializes in newspaper delivery.
​Despite providing Morning Croissant with proof of the fake receipt and the illegal state of the apartment, they refused to help. They are even still marketing the apartment as a 'New T4' to the next unsuspecting tenant. They do not verify listings, they do not protect your data, and they offer no support when fraud is involved. Stay away

L'astuce de louer un appartement via MorningCroissant a été une expérience extrêmement fluide. Le service était professionnel et efficace. L'accueil a été chaleureux, et l'appartement était propre, confortable et entièrement équipé. Je n'hésiterai pas à utiliser de nouveau cette plateforme pour mes prochains séjours en France. Un grand merci, avec mes meilleures salutations.

My experience with MorningCroissant was excellent. The team was very efficient and truly helpful throughout the whole process. They handled many of my questions promptly by email and provided real, attentive support. I felt well taken care of, and everything was managed in the best possible way. The whole procedure was also impressively quick. Highly recommended!

Hasina a été incroyable. Elle a tout géré avec un grand professionnalisme. J'ai trouvé l'appartement de mes rêves après des mois de refus. Elle a toujours répondu rapidement et a toujours répondu à mes questions. Les frais administratifs valent largement le coup.

It works, but you cant trust any of the reviews of the homes when it comes to the deposit return because the home review expires very quickly at move out before the owner returns the deposit. I got robbed my whole deposit unjustly and cant warn others with my morningcroissant stay review. btw, i got robbed by 3p seafront La Salis, in Antibes, France.
