Mortgage Medics were amazing. Everything regarding my remortgage was explained in great detail. I was kept up to date with the progress all the way along. It was always very easy to speak with someone on the telephone. I felt as though I was the only person they were dealing with and nothing was too much trouble. Always very patient and friendly. Ella has been absolutely incredible from start to finish! I was a bit nervous at first, as my previous consultant had left, but I shouldn’t have worried for a second. From our very first chat, Ella completely put me at ease.
When I first got in touch, our house wasn’t even on the market yet and I’d already fallen in love with another place. Ella didn’t just reassure me, she jumped straight in, explored every angle, and came back with loads of different options for us to choose from.
She’s been so organised, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout, always one step ahead and genuinely invested in helping us find the best solution. Ella made what could’ve been a really stressful process feel smooth and easy. I couldn’t recommend her (and Mortgage Medics) more highly!
