Fantastic support
Jon was truly fantastic in helping us through the process of applying for a mortgage. As first time buyers, he guided us through the process right from the start and was extremely helpful throughout. Exceptional service and advice

Excellent service, thorough, professional, practical and very approachable.
We found Mortgage Medics absolutely invaluable in securing the right mortgage solution for a recent house purchase. Gemma took the time to gain a full understanding of our aims and circumstances and explored several different avenues. Her final recommendation was ideally tailored to our needs and was competitively priced.
Along the way she gave helpful advice about the purchasing process, was always quick to respond to new information and developments and was always a pleasure to speak to, being professional and friendly.
We will definitely be coming back to Mortgage Medics for more help when the 5 year Fixed period ends and would wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking to get a mortgage.

Exceptional support throughout a drawn out sale.
Mortgage Medics provided me expert impartial advice and great customer service throughout what ended up being a drawn out and complex experience getting onto the property ladder due to a lengthy probate - and all for a fixed cost that didn't go up despite the length of time between initial appointment and eventual purchase, and the multiple rate changes they diligently searched for throughout the process to ensure I secured the best rate possible.
At the start of the process I visited their Hove offices and Ella talked me through my options and calculated my affordability. I am dyslexic and throughout the process they were happy to provide accommodations to assist with the paperwork-fraught process of purchasing property, by taking me through things at my own pace in the initial meeting and with excellent customer service over the phone.

What a pleasure and ease.
I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely helper called Gemma and although I had nothing but negatives from friends and family about the headache of buying a house. As a first time buyer and doing it solo. Gemma made it so easy and was the most helpful throughout the whole situation. There were delays in my purchase but that had nothing to do with mortgage medics. They were the people that eased my mind a lot. ***** highly recommend.
